  One of *********** **** subsidiaries named “ScriptHero,” is a SCAM company that snooped and hacked into my health records and got my confidential “health and personal” information illegally and sent me an unsolicited email pretending that they got my information from my physician and tricked me into signing a HIPPA form by using my doctors name in the email.

  Immediately after I signed the HIPPA form, less than an hour, I realized that they are SCAMMERS and right away contacted them SEVERAL TIMES, in writing and via phone calls, with someone named ****** ******" and a guy named ****, whom refused to give me his last name, and requested them to withdraw the HIPPA form and to remove my personal and health information from their system and to email me the confirmation for that, but they played games with me and lied to me, and at the end refused to withdraw and cancel the HIPPA form and to remove my health and personal information.

  This is illegal and this company has violated my privacy rights and is in violation of California Law, they have stolen my confidential health and personal information. They sell people's information without their consent.

  I have sought legal advice and I WILL file a formal complaint with the authorities and WILL take legal action against them if they do not withdraw my HIPPA form and remove my health and personal information from their database and email me the confirmation for that IMMEDIATELY!

  They have not given any proof that they resolved anything. - As I requested, I needed them to revoke my “HIPPA Form” and delete my ENTIRE “Health and Personal” information from their database completely and once for all, but in their response, they don’t mention anything about revoking "my HIPPA form", or removing of my “Health “information, all they have mentioned is that they deleted my “Personal “information, and  in fact they have not even done that, because they also stated that” “For legal and security reasons, the information will only be used for the purposes of record-keeping”, so basically, they still have my information in their system and they are using “ LEGAL and SECURITY” as an excuse, to keep my information that they have collected ILLEGALLY!!!

  I also requested them to CONFIRM that they WILL NOT sell and HAVE NOT sold my information, not only they did not confirm that, but also, they are saying that they have “directed their service providers to delete the personal information they may have collected about me in providing services on their behalf”, meaning that THEY HAVE SOLD MY INFORMATION. Basically, the damage is already done, since now there are other parties that have all my information and there is no way of finding out who these other service providers who got hold of my information are, and now is entirely within their discretion to delete my information or not, and these other parties also might have sold or will sell my information as well! And that is exactly why they played games with me and refused to delete my information immediately.
  They also are saying that “For legal and security reasons, the information that you provided will only be used for the purposes of record-keeping, and we will not share your record with any third parties except as necessary to comply with a legal obligation.”

  First of all, as I stated in my complaint, these SCAMMERS illegally collected my information by snooping and hacking into my health records and stole my “health and personal” information. I DID NOT provide them with any information, secondly, they absolutely had NO RIGHT to have my information to begin with, and they DO NOT have the right to keep them under ANY circumstances, and definitely they  DO NOT have any “legal obligation” to share my record that they have collected ILLEGALLY with any other third parties!! This is ridiculous and it's just an excuse to continue their illegal act of keeping and to continue selling my information.

  I also need them to clarify what” 24 months of requirement to maintain a record of my Request for Deletion of my information” means?! Are they trying to say that the “request for deletion” is only good for 24 months and after 24 months, they are allowed to start selling my information!!?
  Finally, I NEVER registered on their website, and never had or requested/ wanted to have access to their “Portal” to begin with. This “45 days access to their Portal” is another SCAM to make themselves look legitimate!!
  Clearly this business is a total SCAM, and their response is not satisfactory and not acceptable, they are not responding to ANY of my requests, they are simply trying to manipulate the system by twisting everything and by using tricky, vague, and false statements, to avoid any responsibilities, to get away, to cover up and to continue their illegal actions.
