    Me and my fianc rented a room checked in at 3 . Left the room to go get some items from the store came back went into the room relaxed for a minute. Then we went outside to smoke , while we was outside we looked in the windows of the front door and seen two people exiting our room with our belongings, so went chasing them them . We then went to front desk which is right by our room and the security guard then directed us to write a report to give to him we then called the police and found out it was about 4 employees actually participated in a his robbery. And they changed our key so we couldnt enter the room and they put us out the room without refunding my money or even apologizing after the fact. I have a police report and I am prosecuting.

    Firstly, we would like to confirm that our employees were not involved in any robbery. There was a miscommunication happened between the guest and the front desk about the room change. Guest requested for a room change and later they decided to stay in previous room which was miscommunication happened with front desk guy because it was a busy night and this change was not done in the system. So as the routine room checks,security guard went into that room to check and there was a stuff in there. There were couple people who entered into that room behind security guard thinking its abandoned stuff and tried to take that stuff, but nothing was stolen. As guest confirmed with the front desk guy and the cops on that day incident happened that some $40 was missing, other than that nothing was stolen. We neither changed the guest key nor put them out, they wanted to leave the hotel after the incident and respected thieir choice. But nevertheless,we fired the security guard because incident happened while he is on duty and kicked out the people who were leaving with them in the hotel. And also, the guest told to front desk that they were carrying a lot of weed which they didn't mention it to cops because it is illegal to carry that amount. Despite our staff tried to help out as much as they can, the guests were being impatient and disrespectful with them.

    On April 19, 2024 I reserved a one night hotel stay for my two uncles. when they went into the hotel and gave there names they were given a hotel room that was not furnished. It had no remote, sheets on the beds or toilet paper. Also a security guard aggressively interrupted there stay and looked to kick them out of the hotel room. They felt danger for there lives, the receptionist apologized and gave them another room. I called back to complain and ask for a refund. they refused. it is difficult to get in touch with any one at the office. But after sharing my complaint with the company that made the reservation. they gave them a diffrent story and said that no one has made a complaint.

    The front desk guy he gave me the dirtiest room ever. The sheet ,pillows all full with bloody spot , i had to leave snd go somewhere else . I asked for refund and they told me the manager will contact you, but he will he didn’t when I keep calling them. They are not answering the phone. Plus no towels.

    reservation was made on 2/29/24 for check in on 3/1-3/3. We arrived at the hotel and got checked in, went to the room and pulled the mattress back to check for bed bugs and they scattered all over the box spring and mattress. There were so many of all sizes, I screamed and we grabbed our stuff and ran out of the room. I told the front desk of the situation and he told me i needed to contact who i booked through which was a 3rd party and they would email the hotel to release my funds. I have yet to get any refund from any party involved. The front desks response to me telling them the room was infested with bed bugs was it must have been the people before you we have never had that issue in that room before. So that tells me the hotel has bed bugs in other rooms. I do have a receipt that I can upload if needed.

    I had booked this hotel for Nov 10-12. When I arrived at the property there was 3-4 other guests waiting because the plane was overbooked. I had booked it the week before on hotels.com. I had to wait 30 minutes for a room, during that time a bunch of other guests had complained about the quality of the place and didn't feel safe. They wanted refund. I got a room went to it, hallway was in shambles felt like it was a crack house. Did not feel safe at all. Went to the room key didn't work. So I went to the front desk and told them I just want to cancel and since I went through hotels.com they told me to cancel through that. So I did that night they said they couldn't get a hold of anyone but will keep trying and within 72 hours I should hear back. I didn't hear anything by Tuesday and tried contacting again. Hotels.com was wonderful and did everything they could, but again couldn't get a hold of the property manager. I received an email last night from hotels saying the property manager wouldn't budge on giving a refund. I just want my money back I didn't feel safe in there at all

    This hotel was advertised on Expedia offering many amenities for a budget price.

    Attached is a copy of my booking receipt and advertised amenities. There was no gym, laundry, breakfast or room service as advertised.

    Upon arrival the property looked abandoned. There was a “No Guns Allowed” sign on the lobby door. There was a spill on the lobby floor covered with dirty towels. The couch in the lobby only had two legs. There was a sign in the breakfast area that said “Due to renovation no breakfast.” (There were no renovations taking place.) The women’s restroom off the lobby had no working toilets. The man at the desk wanted a $100 CASH deposit, and said it would take 7-10 days to get a deposit back on a card. I was given a “parking pass” to keep on the dash of my car, because any car in the hotel parking lot without a pass is towed each night. The laundry door said “Out of service.” The room was DIRTY and it STUNK. There were more stains than there was clean carpet. The bathroom had no tub and the shower floor was just part of the bathroom floor. I sprayed the entire room with Lysol and used the flashlight on my phone to check for bugs. My boyfriend searched the hotel online and found news articles showing that someone was MURDERED at this hotel and also an underage girl was MOLESTED at this hotel.

    As it started getting dark I became too scared to stay. I checked out the very same day I checked in. I was booked for an entire week and didn’t stay one single night. I booked another hotel, packed up my things and left ASAP! Now this hotel is saying that I “completed” my stay and won’t issue me a refund. I attempted resolving this issue via Expedia and the hotel is being uncooperative.

    Check in: February 26th, 2023 Check out: February 27th, 2023 (Amount of time booked February 26th, 2033 to March 12th, 2023) Amount: $969.63 My husband checked into this hotel 02/26/2023. The online service we used did not collect the $100 deposit, so we paid at time of check in. He received a room that was a single king not a double queen as booked. He got into his room with an non working microwave/mini fridge. The other tenants were loud, and they were wondering around outside of the room. He went to sleep. He woke up at 5 am the morning of 02/27/2023 with a cockroach and bed bugs crawling on him. He had bites and welts on his arm as a result of him being bitten by bed bugs. He checked out the same day, did not return. He had disinfect all luggage, clothing and anything that was fabric in an attempt to spread the contamination. We have requested a refund for the amount listed, however was denied the request with no comment. They have no concern what so ever for the health and safety of their customers. This is unacceptable, and disgusting. They need to be investigated for all future customers, so travelers can have a clean and safe environment.

    Filthy rooms. I was moved to another room after noticing mold in the bathroom and around the air conditioner and food in a drawer. Toilet does not flush, bugs on carpet and walls. I have several pictures to document this.

    On Dec 2 @ 11:59 pm I made reservations for a king size hotel room with hot tub on *********.com for 143.86 as I arrived at the property (Jasper -norwood Inn Columbus) I was told my room was not available anad to come back in a few hours to check in to get the full service stay of one full day. I went to get food at the waffle house and returned at the hotel as I was directed to do by the front desk rep. After returning my card was charged and I was denied to be given a room. I was asked to leave the property and was told my reservation was cancelled the next day I checked my check account and the hotel charged my card 143.86 I reached out to hotel and they refuse to refund me stating it was a no show which is not true because I am on Camara at the front desk making the payment and being refused service after I was charged this hotel just scammed and ripped me off 143.86 and will not do the right thing to refund me

    My wife and I paid for a 2 night stay on October 21,2022. Due to roaches and rats we left on the second day and was told we would receive a refund for the second night within three to five business days. On November 4,2022 I called them due to no refund and was told they see nothing in the computer for a refund yet. All I want is a refund of $104.09 for my second night stay that I did not use and had to pay at another hotel for that night. Thanks
