Beacon Investigative Solution found my biological sister within 5 mins. They changed my life within a day. I highly recommend them. They were very polite and professional. Working with my attorney, I had tried to serve a contractor that had stolen money from us for two years. Two years! Nothing. Beacon Investigative Solutions was able to serve the contractor in two days. I paid an $850 retainer for surveillance. They were able to serve him in two days without surveillance. They refunded me $700. This company is amazing. I will definitely use them again should the need arise. ******** was so kind and understanding. Always polite and professional. My experience with Beacon was very short (turned out I found out what I was looking to know before they could even start with their investigation), but the customer service I received was just so....wonderful doesn't begin to describe it. My situation was very emotional & delicate, but ************ was so comforting & professional. The assurance alone that he provided me in our phone calls & emails that I wasn't crazy for my suspicions and that it was absolutely possible to find the information I was looking for was such a relief for me in a very sad, crazy time. I would recommend this company to anyone searching for investigative services.
