      Technician showed up two hours late driving his own car. Did not replace lock as originally requested, brought wrong lock with him. Replaced a part in our old lock and put it back on the door. (Lock had already been removed from door by homeowner)). Was on premises about a half hour and charged $250. Charge is excessive for work that was done. Phoned company three times to file a complaint and was put on hold for 5-8 minutes each time. Was hung up on the 4th time. Will never use or recommend this company.
