I purchased a Harley Davidson 883 XL motorcycle in early 2022 from Buckeye Motorsport. I also purchased a two year protection plan be in the vehicle was used. I noticed the brackets were missing for the battery hatch, zip ties held the battery in. They stated I would have to find some brackets. On my very first ride I blew my struts and some rubber from wires or a belt shredded as well. I called them to have them come and get it and they said that they were backed up for months so I rode it in a within a month. The comments from the mechanics stated that “you’re crazy for riding this in” as I said, well I wanted to have my bike fixed and you stated that you could not pick it up in a timely fashion. They did fix it and applied brand new struts on there within a few weeks. I then was able to ride my motorcycle to work. After a few months, I noticed my battery light was coming on in my motorcycle would click when I try to start it. I messaged ****** (main shop tech) who I have on Snapchat for communication. She told me that I wasn’t riding my motorcycle far enough to let the battery charge. She stated I needed to buy a battery charger and to let it charge while I was at work. While I was at my job, I was able to charge it, but then I got transferred, and the ports here do not charge it. I had to purchase a new battery because maybe the battery was bad I thought. This year I got my motorcycle out and it wrote fine for a while before I had the battery disconnected during the winter. One day back in May, I was trying to start my motorcycle after work and it clicked and died and I had to jump it. On my way home, my motorcycle died, and I was stranded on the side of the road. I called ****** and she told me to write it in. My motorcycle has been there since May until present.(Aug 2nd). I have reached out to her via Snapchat to get updates on the motorcycle and she says she will be into work, but she never gets back to me. I’m still paying on this bike. What do I do?

There were electrical issues along with charging issues on the bike. Unfortunately, it took a little longer than expected. The customer now has his bike, is happy as can be and back on the road.
