    I've never been to this business and had never heard of them but I just received a bizarre card from them WANTING TO BUY MY CAR that I bought years ago from another dealer because according to them they had a customer who wanted that model and type of car. These creepy people have obviously been using their business computers to stalk people online and look up their names, addresses and personal information. This is TOTALLY unacceptable. I am considering reporting them to the police.

    Upon thorough research and consultation with independent appraisers, I have discovered that the vehicle was significantly overvalued at the time of purchase. This discrepancy has caused me considerable concern and disappointment, as I trusted your dealership to provide a fair and honest valuation.

    If you are looking for the worst car shop experience then Great Lakes Hyundai of Dublin is your place. I bought a 2024 Hyundai Elantra hybrid from these guys on 3/23/24 and paid cash on top of my trade-in. Few weeks later, I got a call from the dealership holding my new title ransom due to a mileage typo on the trade-in title that was not my fault. the way the approached me was not close to a good customer service. I had to fix the title myself without them being cooperative. title office mentioned that they could have done it on my behalf. however, I just called them today one more time to follow up on my new title and the lady over the phone was so dry and said it was already mailed out. she added that if I do not get it soon then it is my job to go to the title office to get a new one! guess what! they mailed a title using a regular mail!

    My daughter went for a diagnostic for her vehicle that needed a fuel pump. They added, to the estimate, an alignment, ball joint replacement, 2 tires replacement, performance tune-up, oil change (she just had one that week), cooling system tune-up, brake flush, power steering flush, new battery etc. All totalling $8,661. Unbelievable! They saw a young girl and tried to take her for all she had. BTW, the car has 265,962 miles on it. I would never recommend anyone to this place.

    I want to start off by saying I'm an actual customer and not someone who knows anyone at this business to where I would be making a bogus 5-start review. I took my car in because there were some recalls that needed addressed and I also wanted some regular maintenance done. When I picked up my car, the paperwork showed that a part had been replaced for the recall, but the text I received from one of the service guys had said they hadn't replaced that part, so I wasn't sure if it had actually been replaced. Of course, that service guy had already gone home for the day, so I was left speaking with the service manager, Brian. I was insistent that we actually check my car to see if the part had been installed before taking possession of it and leaving because I didn't want there to be an issue later where something came up with the recall and I didn't have any recourse because wasn't actually sure if the part had been replaced or not. They close at 6pm and it was almost 6pm when this happened. Brian, at my insistence, took my car back to the shop and put it up on the rack and together we were able to see that the part had been replaced. Without Brian's extra efforts, I would have been very worried that maybe the part hadn't been replaced, thinking I may have a problem later and it would be horrible trying to resolve if I wasn't sure if the recall had been taken care of. Brian certainly went above and beyond to help resolve the issue and quell my anxiety about the situation. I will 100% trust them in the future.

    I bought a 2020 Elantra Limited from Dennis Hyundai. I traded in a 2018 Elantra because I needed the lumbar support. They gave me a great trade-in and I leased the new one for a good price. I have not had anything go wrong on the car. It gets 43 mpg with air conditioning on. I highly recommend Dennis Hyundai.

    I had the worst experience ever with this dealership,my brother in law let me use his 2013 Hyundai Sonata, i start had an issue with the car a month ago, the car would lost power and shut off one time, i started the engine after so many tries and started, i drove 30 mph all the way home even though i was stepping in a gas all the way, it sounded weird and smoke as well, i turned off and it didn’t start again, i called the shop and had a tow truck came, in the process of towing the car the tow driver accidentally hit the bumper underneath the car and very little damage was done, we handled the situation with insurance and a week later the car was towed to a shop and it determined that the engine went bad due to piston ring failure that caused it to over heat and loss of power, the car would not start due to low compression caused by damaged pistons, my mechanic checked the vin just to find out there’s recalls on the car that were not completely including engine failure, we called Hyundai and scheduled the service, they inspected the car and use the tow truck hitting the bottom of the car was the reason for engine failure, they said it was running hot which caused the damage and that was not true, they refuse a valid recall complaint for a made up reason, the service representative was so unprofessional and rude, and also try to charge me for inspection that cleared states its free.. this is worst dealership ever, customer service at service department is one of the worst
