Me and my husband were looking for a used (new to us) car for our family of five. We went to the dealership and left that day with what we thought was a great car that fit our families needs. A week and a half later the dealership called us and told us we had to bring the car back as they could not secure the title for the car. My husband had to take a day off work to return the car to the dealership and try and find something that would fit our budget and needs. After they messed up selling us a car they could not get a title for they were unwilling to work with him or negotiate a deal for him with another car, and they did not prioritize him while he was at their establishment. In total the day he took the car back he was there for around 6 hours. To top it all off two days later after this dealership told us we couldnt buy the original car and had to return it to the dealer due to titling issues the car was available again online for sale at $1000 less than when we would have been purchasing it for. My husband did call the dealership and they did confirm the car was there and for sale.

Avoid Toyota Direct at all costs! I took my car in on March 7, and they falsely claimed I put the wrong gas (E85) in my tank. I asked for proof multiple times, and they refused to provide any test results. Then, they tried to charge me hundreds of dollars for a service I never authorized. When I escalated the issue to Toyota Corporate, they suddenly changed their tune and let me take my car back without paying a cent. Why was I being charged at all if the fee was suddenly waived after reporting them?To make matters worse, the service manager **** **** was extremely rude and condescending, especially toward my immigrant father. She spoke to us loudly and slowly, as if we didnt understand English. When I questioned their scam tactics, they threatened to call the police on me for no reason. This dealership has a pattern of doing this to customersjust look at their one-star reviews. They are dishonest, disrespectful, and will try to hold your car hostage for bogus charges. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!

We purchased a new Sienna 2025. The sales *** told us that the hatch is not opening after we signed the papers. He said that it will take just 5 minutes by a master tech to open it and we should get the car next day for that. And we did that. But the service center ***s said that it will need new parts. I have been waiting for 6 days now but the dealership is showing no concern. They are unprofessional and unworthy of our business.

2024, I bought a used 2018 ***** Civic SI for my son for hi, to have a car for college. The car had the clutch worn out but they was going to replace on there end before I buy. They ended up squeezing the number into the payment. After bringing home for less than 3 weeks but noticed on the 2 week shifting into each gears was getting more stiff hard to get into year. Bought a third week it was stuck in neutral and does not want to go in any gear even reverse. I called Toyota direct about the situation and they just blew me off like I was not a customer, give me a bunch of runarounds. ********************** me to clear that they weren't going to do anything about it so I'm stuck with $28,000 non-working car. So when did the clutch they did not put transmission fluid back in. There was no leak on ground nothing in that kind of matter. Driving without no transmission fluid will burn your gears synchros. Ended up replacing second gear synchros. It just gets me when you're at the dealer you are there no one customer but as soon as you leave their parking lot don't know don't care. I just wish they handle the situation better instead of just turning the cheek like I never bought the car from them.

I have called up there and left multiple messages for a week. No service manager or the girl I was dealing with never called me back. IT'S BEEN A WEEK!! I just need the girl that works there take a paper 50 yards ** ***** car rental for my warranty to pay for my rental. The girl told me before I left my car there that the rental was covered under the warranty. I got my credit card statement and it was charged. Called ***** and they said they needed the girl that I worked with at Toyota Direct to bring over the paper they needed a (950) paper I think it is. I even told the ladies I left the messages with what I needed. Still NOTHING!! Why can't anyone call me back or text me if this is covered or not? How freaking hard is it to walk 50 yards either way through a door for a price of paper. Tired of companies not being considered to the costumers. This is why I'm writting this review. Plus calling Toyota Corporate in *****.

Sharing a horrible experience I have had with Toyota Direct. I bought a used vehicle back in June, was told that it had an oil change, was in great shape, etc. I trusted what I was being told and ended up purchasing a vehicle. A month after having the vehicle, it started stalling and shaking back and forth. When I got home, I opened the hood of the vehicle and it was smoking. There was NO OIL at all in the vehicle. I contact the Sales *** via phone call and text message. I sent a video of it smoking. I am yet to hear back. I have called the service department and have not had anyone call me back. I have sent emails, and have not heard back from anyone. I have done the online chat, and same thing... haven't heard back.

I would like to buy a new Corolla Cross from this dealer because it is closest to me. I have made 3 contact anttempts online and not one sales person has gotten in contact with me. I am very frustrated and about to the point of being willing to drive a long distance to avoid Toyota Direct!

We appreciated the selection to choose from and ease of test driving without pressure. However that's the only good thing I can say about our recent purchase. The 2016 Toyota Camry we bought had a "clean car fax" with no accidents. Within the first 6 weeks been to the shop 3 times. Bad tire sensor, replaced radiator cap, thermostat and then lastly the entire radiator. Turns out the car was likely in an accident but apparently not reported. Im sure there were signs that when they brought the vehicle in and inspected for resale. (ie an aftermarket radiator cap, etc.) That all should have been looked over much close....I feel this could have been addressed and at minimum disclosed prior to selling. Repair totals.... $1,418 to date. Buyer beware.

I was sent to a certain salesperson and was told he would take care of me and get me in a good car. After 2 weeks of having my Nissan Altima I was having an issue. I thought I was just getting used to how the car drove. It continued so I called the salesman and he said bring it in. The recon guy said that if it was something in the transmission he would have Germain Nissan (Morse rd ) fix it. If it was the transmission they would take care of it. Germain Nissan had my car for over 30 days. Recon and the salesman preceded to tell me I would have to pay for the transmission which mind you they said they would take care of it. So knowing I do not have that kind of money and I have only got to drive the car less than a month. I just wanted to put this out there to let everyone know they sold me a car with a bad transmission now I have to eat the 13,000 for a car and 4-6 thousand dollars for a transmission. I wasn’t sure if I could name names but I sure want to. I do not recommend Toyota Direct to anyone.
