      I dont know why theyre allowed to do business with all of the negative reviews. If I could give zero stars I would. They rip people off daily and hide behind their check before you leave policy however, that is not always feasible when said boxed item thats supposed to be new has several other boxes inside and if you took everything out to make sure its all there you wouldnt be able to get it back in the box do you do a cursory inspection and assume that the person selling the item is honest and that youre indeed getting a new item. But thats not how it works, they sell broken and half complete items knowing that theyre getting paid for junk and youre screwed because you accepted the terms when you signed up for an account. I have won several items on the site and 4 out of 5 times I end up getting junk even though I think its new. A record player new in box didnt even have the belt to turn it so I couldnt even use it. Of course I didnt bring a record with me and try to find a place to plug it in and see if it worked because it said new in box! But its my fault for giving them my money again and again because I guess Im an optimist and cant resist a good deal but I have learned my ****** finally and wont be wasting my time/money anymore. Someone really should put a stop to this shady business. Maybe a few lucky people have a positive experience to share about winning something but I think the majority of buyers have been burned by the crooked sellers and policies they employ. And if you post a negative review they will ban you from the site, hows that for having a clear conscience? If they werent guilty of scamming people they wouldnt retaliate by blocking you.

      Bad business. They use their as is statement to get away with false advertising. DO NOT expect there description of the item to be true and they will not stand behind it. Some things must be taken out the door to determine if the fit or work. Makes no difference to them what the advertisement says, out the door and no refund. And then you deal with a rude employee like ********. Good luck. Buy new and save some head aches.

      Item Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to thoroughly inspect items before leaving our premises. This ensures that any discrepancies or issues can be addressed immediately by the manager on duty. In this instance, the bidder neglected to check the item before taking it home.
      Post-Purchase Claims: After taking the item home, the bidder contacted us, stating it was the wrong model. Unfortunately, we are unable to verify whether the item in question was the one purchased at our auction or an item already in the bidder's possession. This makes it difficult for us to accept a return or issue a refund post-purchase.
      Terms and Conditions: Our terms and conditions are clearly laid out and presented to every bidder. These terms are fully disclosed upon logging into our platform, requiring acknowledgment via a checkbox indicating the bidder has read and understood them before proceeding. Additionally, bidders are prompted to confirm their acceptance of these terms again with each bid placed in any auction.
      Regarding your comment about our employee, ********, we apologize if any interaction came across as rude. Our staff is trained to handle all customer interactions professionally. We have reviewed the security footage and ******** was professional and did not match your frustration. 
      We strive to maintain a fair and honest auction environment and stand by our policies to protect both our business and our customers.

      Box fell in the warehouse and hit my child! I then had the "warehouse manager" yelling and screaming at me that the box he set up was my fault for not being next to my child which I was the whole time! I would like someone in upper management to contact me as this is an extreme OSHA violation for how the boxes are being set up and will be reporting to them as well as my attorneys if this is not handled properly! And suspending my account doesn't seem like the honest thing to do! Please contact me immediately!

      If I could give them zero stars, I would. We purchased a twin bed frame, picked it up from ***** (2B), and he gave us one box, stating it was "our box". We asked if that was everything, and he stated yes, one box. We took it home, opened it up, and clearly it was not the only box we should have received. Tried texting Chase, and received no response. Went back next day and ***** wasn't there but spoke to a "manager". Was told we were out of luck. Apparently, they expect us to open every single box in Chase's area on day one to make sure we had all the boxes that we purchased. (Not sure how to then get a complete bed frame, with drawers, out of the warehouse after opening everything.) Anyway, the "manager" told us that was the policy and wouldn't even allow us to go to Chase's area to check for the other boxes WE PAID FOR!!! This place is nothing but a scam. Definitely will never purchase from them ever again. Unbelievable that we can't actually get what WE PAID FOR simply because *we* made an honest mistake of not opening EVERY SINGLE BOX that ***** had. Even though he told us it was only one box. The manager certainly does not care.

Every visit feels like a treasure hunt, and it's fascinating seeing how many items leave their premises daily. However, what truly sets CCOA apart is their exceptional customer service. The cashiers consistently greet you with a smile, making the checkout process seamless, even during peak hours. I've had the privilege of witnessing the managers efficiently handle over a hundred customers within a mere four-hour window. Their unwavering commitment to ensuring a smooth experience for everyone is nothing short of commendable. One aspect that deserves special mention is how composed and patient the entire CCOA team remains, especially when dealing with customers who may not have thoroughly read the item descriptions or who expect perfection in packaging. I've recommended CCOA to everyone within my circle, and I genuinely hope to see them continue to grow!. The savings I've experienced through bidding at CCOA have been substantial, and it's almost amusing when I hear about people celebrating a mere 25% off, knowing that with CCOA, I consistently pocket savings of at least 50% or more on every successful bid. It's important to note that some of the 1 & 2-star reviews might stem from those who perhaps didn't take the time to thoroughly read or fully grasp the auction rules before participating. It's imperative for every bidder to invest the effort in reviewing item descriptions and auction terms to ensure a positive outcome for all. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire CCOA team for their relentless dedication to delivering fantastic deals and unmatched service to their valued customers.

      We went to your location to pick up item. It was an air conditioner in a sealed box and was described as new. We got outside of the doors where an employee watched us as we took the AC from the box. It was evident that the AC unit was damaged. We asked the guy at front to look at unit. He said we had to bring it back in and take it to the guy we got it from. We showed (J at pole 2)the damage to which he replies “we have a problem”. You took this out of building and we won’t refund. He did say he would talk to M. The young man at the door verified we just took it out the door to John but added…it is your discretion. M****** did not want to hear anything and said since it left the front door there was no refund. We did not argue but went back to get damaged AC. We are out $400.00. We never left the premises. The time from purchase to returning back inside was no more than 8 minutes.

      Do what they say and check everything before you leave or ask to see an item before you bid. Purchased a desk chair that was actually parts of a rowing machine in a desk chair box. Also bid on and purchased a twin xl mattress advertised retail price of $669 but was in reality a regular twin that went for $329 on Amazon. Totally skews the bidding process. I have made other purchases though that were okay.

      We identify and list each item based on the code found on the box or sticker affixed to it. Please note that our staff does not open or inspect these boxes, as stipulated in our terms and conditions.
      We encourage our customers to inspect any "AS IS" item before placing a bid. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to ensure transparency in every transaction.
      Regarding our refund policy:
      If an item is labeled as "NEW," you can request a full refund before it departs from our warehouse.
      For "AS IS" items, we acknowledge that they should, at the very least, match their provided description. While these items may vary in condition, our goal is to minimize "AS IS" listings whenever possible. If, however, an "AS IS" item significantly differs from the description, you can request a refund before leaving our warehouse.
      Please note that refunds are not applicable to "AS IS" items if they exhibit issues such as damage, color discrepancies, missing pieces, or box condition. Our aim is to provide clear and consistent refund options to all our customers.

      We start all items at $1.00 and use the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP), not the ON SALE price, as our reference point for pricing. This approach aims to provide transparency and a fair bidding process for our customers. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.  We encourage all customers to price several retailers before making any purchase, not just with us.

      They bait and switch with the products they sell. They actually wrapped a cheap chair in several layers of colored plastic and sealed it in an intact box of what I thought I was buying. When I caught it in the parking lot and asked for the chair I purchased they threatened me. My impression is they deal in stolen items and actively try to rip off their customers.
