    I bought a part for my truck and all he sent was a pre ship tracking number website says all parts ship within 24 hours so I emailed him and asked why it did not ship yet and if he knew when it would and all he emailed me was one moment have not heard back tried to call goes to voicemail this company is a scam I reported it to PayPal but now I got to wait 21 days to get my money back because he won’t answer them either now I still have a truck no heat and he has my money

    I am rejecting this response because: 
    The company never communicated and yes they did send something after three almost four weeks late but not the model I paid for and it was non functioning so there is also that but PayPal took care of it and returned my money this guys company is a joke and should not be in business

    USPS part shipping# ************** ************ USPS part return tracking# *************************** On 3/5/23, I purchased a door switch part for $100 on the business owners website. The part received was the wrong part, so I called owner to get the right part.

    Owner stated he had to get the right part, even though his website said he had it. Because I needed the part right away, I purchased the item elsewhere. I informed the owner of this and ask for a refund of $100. He told me to ship the part back to him and he would refund me the money plus shipping. I returned th part immediately.

    I contacted the owner regarding my refund on numerous occasions, but he provided excuses as to why he couldn't refund the money. Eventually, he did not return any of my calls and blocked my phone number. I attempted to call him on a friend's phone, and he did answer. On this conversation, he provided more excuses, and he stated in a threatening manner that he was ex-military and he was a gangster. He hung up the phone in my face.

    Please be advice that the customer had called me numerous times about their purchase and I told them that my business account was deactivated by 'Square' and so was the customer money. I told Mr. *** that he needed to dispute his change and that SQUARE would provide him a full refund as such.

    I think he did not follow through and went ahead and contact BBB to file a unfair dispute, Please consider the matter and contact Mr. *** as to the proper procedure to re-claim, him money. I think he would rather hearing it from you guys.

    Please note: Customer have 90-days from time of purchase to file a dispute with their credit card company to get this money back in full.

    I suggest you contact Mr. *** as soon as possible to rectify the matter today. 

    Please consider my plight and relieve my distress from this urgent matter soon

    when I was asked for clarification here it is: "biz cursed him out, lied, yelled and threatened he was a gangster and promises you will not get your money for 90 days or maybe not at all if I choose; claims his account is frozen"

    In April, 2022, I purchased a used radio for my pickup from an online vendor, however, I made the purchase by phone with a person identifying himself as ****** *****. He said that the radio was in perfect condition and guaranteed it in every way or my money back. The price that I paid by credit card was $189.00 total; that was $189.00 for the radio and $9.00 for shipping. When I received the radio, I looked at it and it looked horrible. It looked so bad that I wouldn't even consider putting it in my truck. So, I called Mr. ***** and told him that I was very unhappy with the radio and I wanted to send it back for a refund. He said okay and that he would be happy to refund my money. So, I sent it back to him at a cost of $16.10 through USPS. I waited a while, but never received a credit on my credit card and nothing in the mail. So, I called him back and he said that he was sorry for the inconvenience, but he could not give me a credit on my credit card, but he would send me a check for the refund. I have called and texted about this many times since and he always says that he is going to send it tomorrow or it is already in the mail. I have finally come to the conclusion that Mr. ***** has no intension of refunding my money. I would like to get my money back as he promised and I would also like to warn others to never do business with this man.
