              I paid for two parking passes at ******* on 5/18/24. The first pass was submitted successfully but there seems to have been a website error on the second pass. I did submit the payment and continuously told this to the parking recovery service that issued my brother a $95 fee. I made them aware that the site was the issue and I can clearly be seen on camera walking to my brothers car, entering his license plate, and submitting the payment. They told me that is an issue for the parking company and offered I pay $75 for the violation which is still extremely ridiculous. This is predatory pricing and the company collecting the fees is useless. Ive been in contact with this recovery website for almost an entire month and have had to badger them to respond to my emails. *** also spent over two hours on hold waiting for them to answer, which someone finally did today after me waiting 30+ minutes.

              Beware of parking in these lots, I went to an event and parked in the lot. It took multiple attempts to complete the transaction for payment as the mobile system could use improvement. The person I was with paid for parking. Apparently it was not enough time. I received a notice in the mail that I must pay $95.00 or be sent to collections!!! I am being charged that amount for about an hour. This penalty is ridiculous and extreme. We were there on a Sunday night which was not a time in high demand. This company is trying to squeeze money out of people. A city parking ticket would have been about $25-$30. We were not trying to take advantage and was a paying customer. This is not good business practices. Parking on the street would have been a better choice. In the future I will try to avoid parking lots by LAZ.
