  Dr ********************** was very personable and nice. I paid for my orthotics in full the first pair did not work I returned them the second pair did not work either. They even tried heel inserts to wear with the Orthotics none of that worked. The third pair I received were very rudimentary and wouldn't even fit in the average shoe they were worse than the first and second pair. Flabbergasted Dr ********************** offered to make Orthotics based off of the over the counter inserts I had been wearing for years. I was cut off guard but the next day I thought why would you take an over-the-counter insert and make a mold of that instead of using my feet and then sell it to me as cutom orthotics for $600? I returned everything and requested a refund instructing them not to make a fourth pair of orthotics we were going into 6 months now of still no results no orthotics. I had a lawyer write a letter asking for a refund and I have not heard back from them yet. I'm not asking them to refund the insurance for the payments that the insurance made for the visits including being charged for an extended visits as they were trying to figure out what to do next and why my orthotics were not working. At this point I just want what I paid out of pocket for the orthotics $600 I've already returned everything and I am not asking them to adjust my insurance bill and what the insurance did pay on my behalf along with my personal deductible which I also paid I'm not asking them to go back and adjust these ********. I only wish I could share the picture so that you could see the third pair of orthotics that they gave to me and expected me to use they look like a frankenstein insert and would not fit my shoes

  Dr S******** was professional. But the office staff is a 1 star. I paid the entire $500 bill, by credit card, at the office. Almost 3 months later, they are billing me $600. When I called the E Broad St office, they excused their error by saying the internal list of office payments are not posted correctly. The office staff says they are swamped and will eventually resolve this, But when?? There is no customer service or patient support. Whenever, I call I get voice mail but no one ever responds.

  Dr ********* is a true blessing, he performed plantar fasciitis release surgery after different treatments he listens and truly cares and highly qualified. 30 plus years ago had same procedure on other foot took years to heal. But this time after 4 weeks wearing tennis shoes and day by day huge improvement. Recovery time truly minimal pain scale of 10, I only had 3 at beginning majority of time was zero and no pain killers either. If you want great compassionate podiatrist highly recommend Dr. Schilling.
