      They said that there was multiple other incidents in 12 years that Ive lived there well because of my disability, I get rent assistance and I have caseworkers. There is no record of any other Incident in the 12 years I lived at ******* I have caseworkers they have no record of any other incidents except this one were Casto Apartment manager and regional manager violated the lease by not taking care of the issue The regional manager even said what I am hearing was normal apartment noises. when their lease obviously states disturbing noises would be a violation of the lease. banging on the floor playing music at 2am and 3am in the morning would be a violation of the lease. They have terrible apartment managers, regional manager in upper management. When you complain, they wont do anything unless you go higher up in Casto to get the issue resolved. then they wont lease an apartment to you because you were the complaining party and then they will lie and make things up about you That are not true. stay away from all Casto communities.

      Used to rent from Casto lived at one of their apartment, communities for 11+ years with no problems at all until last year I had one problem with one neighbor above me she smoked pot, played music all night, long banging on the floor they moved her to another apartment. Then they sold my current apartment complex. I tried to move to another apartment complex, owned by Casto. They will not rent to me because of the situation. When I was the complaining party, I would stay away from all Casto communities. They do not care about their residence. Terrible corporate and regional management.

      Brian, As discussed, this is not the reason why we did not approve your transfer. CASTO is always willing to evaluate resident concerns and take the appropriate action. There was more than one incident in your 12 years at Wexford Lakes. and your response and constant harassment of our staff is what led us to this decision. We wish you the best of luck, and hope that you can find a home that you truly enjoy.
