  I had a wonderful experience with Above and Beyond and their employees. Lamonte helped me with my claim process and insured the adjuster did not miss any damage. I ended up getting a new roof, siding, and gutters, he was also very understanding about my worries about my costs. They arrived early and did a total tear off of my roof and replaced some bad roof decking. Before they started they let me know they would be starting and at the end of the day left no mess and damaged nothing. The workers were great no cursing or loud talk, very respectful and the project manager stayed on sight and was available for any concerns. I had the same experience with the siding crew and the gutter crew too. I would and will refer them to family and friends. My neighbors were very happy that their lives were not interrupted by the project.

  I had the best experience with above and beyond recently. i normally do not do reviews, but felt this one was warranted by process i just went through with Above & Beyond. First off, the property manager was very knowledgeable and was able to explain things clearly to me. The claims process can be intimidating and there is sooo much info out there it can get overwhelming. Lamonte took his time anticipated questions i might of had and kept every promise(call back, date& time showing up, etc). Day of construction couldn't have gone smoother, 1 day to complete and clean up was done better than the actual debris there in the first place. I would recommend this company for not only claims but other services as well. They are the first name out my mouth when asked about a contractor.

  Had such a wonderful experience with Above and Beyond and their employees. They arrived early and did a total tear off of our roof. Installed the new roof and were gone by four. They left NO mess and damaged nothing which I considered a miracle since we have extensive landscaping and flowers. The workers were amazing! no cursing or loud talk, very respectful and the project manager stayed on sight and was available for any concerns. Have to laugh they were so efficient we had little to be concerned about. Their equipment was state of the art, clean and shiny. Their price was fair not cheap. We would and will refer them to family and friends. My neighbors were very happy that their lives were not interrupted by our project.

  Above & Beyond Contractors installed a new roof on my home in April and it was the WORST experience of my life! They left a GIANT hole in my office ceiling! One of the contractors dropped a piece of plywood or package of shingles on the roof and collapsed the ceiling! The owner (Lamonte J****) came inside to assess the damage and said he would have his drywall team repair it. I knew that it wouldn’t be that simple, as my house was built in 1972 (during the time asbestos was used in paint) and the ceiling that collapsed was a popcorn ceiling (a key indicator of possible asbestos), so I told Mr. J**** that I would need to have the asbestos testing done before the ceiling could be repaired. Mr. J**** stated he did not see any asbestos and proceeded to have his crew clean up the debris using my shop vac and cleaning supplies. I tried explaining that once disturbed, asbestos particles become airborne and can have harmful health effects. I asked Mr. J**** for a sample to have tested, but he said all debris had been discarded. I contacted ************* ********** ***** to schedule testing and asked if he would be willing to pay for the test; he declined. I agreed to pay for the testing myself, and if it came back negative, we could have one of his contractors repair the ceiling, but if positive, I would need his insurance information to request payment for testing and costs of asbestos clean-up/remediation, but he refused to provide it. The result of the initial test and background sample taken from all 3 floors in my home were both positive and confirmed that my office had been exposed to asbestos and was the only room affected and found to have unsafe levels of asbestos. I had to pay for both tests, so I had to file an insurance claim. I was able to locate his insurance information but was advised that his policy did not cover asbestos. Mr. J**** does not have the proper coverage for the industry he is in, so I had to contact my insurance to file a claim.

  I am very pleased with my choice of using *********************************************** CONRACTORS for my roofing, siding, and facia work. ************** worked with my needs so I could have what I needed done for a fair price. My house now looks brand new now. His crew cleaned up afterwards so well it looked like they werent even there. If you have questions, he has no problem answering them. The thing that I am most impressed with is that what he says he will do he does it and gets it done!**** S

  Very professional and prompt. They arrived on time, completed the job in less than a day, cleaned up my yard after they were done and priced fairly. I love my new roof. I highly recommend Above and Beyond Contractors LLC.
