    Good Morning and to whom this may concern.

    I am filing a complaint against American Blue Cab because of one of its drivers specifically ***** ********, cab driver 955, attempted to extort money from me by bullying me on the dangerously hot afternoon on Monday July 4 2022 while picking me up from Drury Inn Suites Hotel at Nationwide Blvd and on the morning of Monday June 20 2022.

    He over charged me a total of 29.00 in taxi cab fare because I am a single woman. He utilize a bullying tactic by purposely stopping in the heat as we proceeded to drive off by getting hostile starting a fight with me on my way to appointments to extort more cab fare money then what the actual rates are.

    he purposely refuses to utilize the taxi cab fare box so he can extort more money out of his clients.

    His white male supervisor or dispatcher, ****, informed me through telephone and text correspondences on the evening of June 20 2022 and on the afternoon of July 4 2022 (during my very frustrating cab ride with Wondu) that Wondu is an unprofessional unethical cab driver that does unethical "tribal mentality" bullying tactics to pressure clients out of their cab fares, in particularly women.

    ***** *ade an agreement to refund me my money on July 12 2022 by bringing it to my residence and he has not done so and it's now Friday August 26 2022, 2:24am.

    This issue had been investigated by the City of Columbus, License section, as the customer reported, she called a cab, when the driver showed up, she asked him to wait, he called her several times to let her know that the cab is waiting outside the hotel.

    According to the rules and regulations from the city of Columbus license section, there is minimum $ 27.00 per hour for waiting plus the fare. we tried to explain to her and when she called the City of Columbus the license section, they told her the same thing, but she does not want to accept the reality that she took forever to come out of the Hotel.

    Our drivers are professional, and they follow the rules and regulations of the city of Columbus.
