      Express sold me a stolen car and refuses to get me in other

      Ms. ******* is back in possession of her 2009 Saturn Aura, that she recovered from the Police impound.  She was credited her impound fee back as a credit to her account with Express Auto.  The issue has been resolved and we are now awaiting her regular car payment going forward.

      i went in to purchase a car from the company i put 1800 down and got full coverage insurance. a wweek later somone slaammed into the back of me and the inssurance totalled my car i continued to make car payments while under the impression that when my isurance paaid for the totalled car i get a new car. that was back in july heere it is november 9,2021 and still have yet to hear anything. ive been calling back and forth the insurance company aas well as the car place and no one has information for me. last conversation we had was the insurnace company sent a check but not for the correct amount. yet im still without a vehicle, now they are saying i would have to put another down payment to geet abother car but thats iss not what was discussed. i cant ever reach them and im affraid its going to mess uo my credit because they saying i owe them money i really need some help its alot more to tell butt tthaats the basic

      Hello Ms. ****** we appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. We do not show records that you have called or visited the office. We have received payment from your insurance company regarding your 2012 Chevrolet Equinox; however payment did NOT cover your full balance.  

      We are willing to work with you.  Please stop into our office to requalify but down-payment will be required as well (this is policy on all new leases).

      Purchased used car from business and drove car home. Within 3 days returned car due numerous mechanical problems. Business said to let their mechanic look at it as she had a warranty. Mechanic presented consumer with $4,300.00 bill for repairs.Business said to return car she would have to pay $250.00 and forfeit $1,500.00 down payment. Business told her none of needed repairs covered under warranty. Paperwork does not match VIN number car.

      Customer returned the vehicle.  We used her $1500 toward another vehicle.  She is now a satisficed customer.
