    to me

Thank you for your email to give us a chance to give the facts from our side too. Before she bought the car, she test drove it and inspected for herself and bought it. No customer buys a car without testing before signing the contract and the bill of sale and once you signed the contract which is included “as is” and agreed the price and everything other things, you take the car to your house, there’s no way we can accept from anyone to refund the money they paid. If they find any defects, why they didn’t mentioned before buying it or signing the contract. Her car has no engine or transmission issues but she’s complaining about the suspension, particularly the shock absorber and that’s her responsibility to fix it not us, there’s no agreement mentioning that we will fix anything she finds out after she pays.

Again we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to our side of the story.

    Sincerely,

My co-worker referred me to him saying they are good people. I don't know anything about cars. I paid $2000 in cash because I didn't want a car payment.

I am rejecting the response because I did not test drive it. I drove the car the following day after I bought it.I took the car to *****, 3 days after I bought, it for an inspection. Byersasked me where I bought the car because they coud not find a CarFax for it. I called the manager to let him know that ***** says there is an issue with the engine wire harness. He told me to bring the car back, and I did. He said not to worry, he would fix it. I left the car with him, and he was going to call me back. Two days later, I called to check on the car. He told me to call ***** and ask them for a written repair estimate. ***** emailed me the repair estimate and I sent it on to him.

Then I called him, but the calls go to vm. I asked why he was sending me to vm. After 2 weeks, I went in, and he said he was repairing the car. He said I would get my car back fixed.

On Thursday, 7.11.24, he sent a message at 4:20p, saying not to call any more, he would tell me when to call. On Sunday, I asked when he wanted me to pick up the car, or give me a different car.

    He still has the car.

I need the car to get to work. I have children. I worked hard for that money.
