      I bought a 2012 ****** Rav 4 from the group in September 5th, 2024 for $8625 in cash. I was in an accident that totalled the vehicle on September 17th, where I called and let the group know on September 18th. I called on the 23rd, where the guy let me know that he had just filed for the title change, 18 days after I had bought the car. He said I would have my title by that Friday. I called last Thursday, October 3rd, to where he said there is "still more paperwork that needs done", which is false. All it takes is one file. He then told me he doesn't have to have my title until 45 days after purchase date. However, in the state of ****, I should have had my title by October 5th. The 15 day extension is only due to the temporary tags, which are useless because the car has been totalled and my insurance has a hold of the car. The dealer has lied to me about the process and timing each time I have called, giving me new excuses each time. I cannot buy a new car until I get the money from my insurance, I can't get the money from my insurance until the title is in my hands, in my name. I am a 22 year old college kid, I need a car, I dropped $600 on a rental for 14 days, and nmy rental period ends before October 18th, which is the last business day they are open before the "45 day period" is over. They are not taking me seriously, and with the research I've done on the business, they have done this to many other people, leaving them without titles for months on end. I cannot afford a rental. I need a new car. And they are not cooperating, and are lying to me, the consumer. In resolution, I would like a forced transfer of title, as soon as possible. I work enough to pay rent and utilities, I cannot afford more than 7 more days on my rental. I would also like to be clear that the dealer purposely wrote the wrong middle initial on my temporary tags. I am ***** Elizabeth ******* Not ***** S *******

      This is for claim ********. All I was given was the receipt of purchase and my temporary tag information. I attached all the files I have from the dealer. I signed about 15 papers at the dealers, and all I got was the receipt and the temporary tag/plate registration. If I am missing any papers I should have, it is because the dealer purposely withheld them, otherwise I would have them. The only 2 proofs of purchase are the receipt I sent in, and the temp tag registration.

      I have moved out of state and need the proper paperwork sent to the dmv so that I can register the car. ***** keeps hanging up the phone and telling me that he is not going to send it because I havent paid the car off. The car is extremely overpriced and starting to think I am making payments on a stolen car.

      I started leasing a 2017 Ford focus from super deal Auto on December 6th 2023, they gave me a 45-day tag which expired on January 20th 2024 I tried to go to the DMV prior to get a ******* title so I can get a real tag and the DMV told me I couldn't get a ******* title or tag because my car was not registered in their system yet I called super deal Auto January 18th 2024 to let ******* the representative that leased my car to me and their phone number was disconnected I did get *******'s personal number I called him to let him know what the DMV told me ******* told me he did not have my title yet but he was working on it I told ******* my tags expire in 2 days I need that ******* title cuz I was not trying to get pulled over stopped or anything worse and asked him is it possible he can issue me another 45-day tag he told me no that was illegal I asked him well what if I get pulled over he told me try not to get pulled over don't do anything to get pulled over and if I did get pulled over I'm going to be fine I repeatedly kept telling him I'm not trying to go through all that and ******* repeatedly kept telling me don't do anything to get pulled over and that I was going to be fine the police is not going to do anything so I asked him when will he have my title ready he told me January the 26th 2024 I told him I could not wait that long what else is there for him to do once again he said he would have it on January 26th 2024 so we hung up . I talked to a law enforcement officer and asked what were the consequences with an expired tag he told me I could get a ticket and if my car is parked out on the street it could possibly be towed I called ******* back and told him that he said he would have my ******* title ready for me Monday January the 22 2024 he told me to come to super Auto deal to pick it up I said okay I come to the business on Monday to find out they're not open they open at 11:00 a.m. I sat in my car waiting for an hour and a half I text ******* still with no response

      When to super deal on Jan 2 to purchase a car. Was told by ********* **** that I was qualified and needed to pay $1500 as a down-payment in order to take the car. I gave $1000 in cash as a hold toward the down-payment and told ********* that I would be back with the rest on 01/12/24. In Jan 7 I went back because I thought about the whole transaction being non specific about the major details of the deal and was unsure of it. I told ********* that I was not going with to purchase the car anymore and wanted a refund. He told me that my down-payment was non refundable. I told him that it was not a down-payment but a hold towards it. He proceeded to tell me that he doesn't handle finances and that I should speak to ******* **** which in return say that the payment was processed and all the paperwork was done. I told him there should not be any paperwork besides my credit being run because I have not sign anything that would say otherwise. Long story short ********* told me that he would work on it and get me a refund. I went back on Jan 8 but now ********* is nowhere to be found and would not answer my calls but would answer his employee calls. After many back and forth on the phone between ******* and I, they want to negotiate how much they are going to give me back as a refund. ******* is saying he can only give a $500 out of my $1000. And that going to take 2 to 7 business days. At this point I don't want to do business with them because when I was at the office many other people came in with various complaints. These have a paper with my name signed and that said that my down-payment was non refundable as a receipt. I also have a receipt that says a hold for down-payment. The difference is mine theirs have my name as a signature which I don't do. I don't sign my name as a signature on important documents. I don't know where they got from but that not me.

      I bought the car two months ago. The 2015 grey nissan altima. I was making payments. I only had to pay 75 dollars for the down payment and 250 dollars every two weeks. I got behind on paying but, I text and called to no reply. They lie to people the price and what they will do to help you. December 8,2023 at 7pm they illegally took the car after no warning or anything stating they will take the car if I don't pay it. I want my money refunded and intend to sue super deal auto group for stealing the car from me and my things was in the car. I already reported the car stolen to the police with a police report. Super deal auto group are a rip off and need to be shut down so they dont do this to the next customer. I told them I was going to make a payment as soon as I got paid to no reply. I called the business and they didn't answer. They are horrible. I will never do bussiness with them ever again. You have to tell the customer what your going to do. Not just steal the car by law. I just want my money refunded. I work three jobs, am a single mother, going back to college and the military. I don't deserve it.

      I financed a car through Super deal auto group llc on February 28, 2023. My first car payment was agreed for March 15, 2023 My second car payment was due March 31,2023 I sent my car payment at 4:37pm March 31,2023, my car was repossessed at 5pm. They said I can’t get the car out of the pound and I can’t get my money back. They have other reviews on google saying the same thing.

      On 2.4.23, i went to *** * ******** ** and purchased a 2013 Ford Escape with 113,000 miles on it. I put down $1500 through my bank debit card. But, my paperwork reads: Super Deal Auto Group.

      Stan told me that because I live 2 to 2/12 hours away, I could make all of my payments by phone. On 2.17.23, I called and made a payment of $285 by phone through my bank account. I also spoke to Joe who said my next payment was due on 3.24.23 for $560.

      On 3.20.23, I called the BMV because my tags were going to expire on 3.21.23. BMV said Super Deal should have sent me a temporary title and the vehicle had not been registered to me, it was still in the dealer's name. 

      On 3.20.23, I called the dealer. He said to send proof of insurance to Stan at ###-###-####, then they would send me the title work. He said I should  call back the next day.   

      On 3.21.23, I called the dealer, and spoke to Stan. I told him I needed to make a payment. He said he wasn't at the shop, and didn't have the processor with him, to call back later to make the payment. Then I asked him about my title work. He told me he would give me the number for the car lot as they would have more info ###-###-####. 

      On 3.21.23, I called ###-###-####, and left a vm.

      On 3.22.23, I called and left another vm saying I needed to make a payment, and to please call so I could make a payment.

      I never received a return call. 

      Yesterday, two Asian men showed up in my driveway, and one drove away in the Ford Escape. I drove after them, and caught up with them at the end of Oxbow Rd where they had stopped at an animal clinic. Another man was waiting for them there in a black vehicle. I did not know who any of them were. I got out  and asked if I could have my belongings out of the car. I am a single mom, and I needed the car seat, diaper bag, ID, bank card, cash, etc. 

      Then a man who identified himself as Stan said: "No, no, we no talk to lying b^&*# who no make payments". So, I called the Washington County Sheriff's dept. I was standing beside the driver's side door, and I saw the dealer plate, I picked it up to look at it and set it back down. I turned around, and stepped away. I asked what was going on. Stan began waving the dealer plate in my face, saying you don't get your car, it'll be H#$%. I took the plate and said, don't hit me with the plate. Then another guy came up behind me, and grabbed my left arm and scratched me down my arm and across my chest. I have fingerprint bruises from the injury. 

      They let go of me when the sheriff pulled in. The sheriff talked to me. He asked me if I had registration and proof of insurance, I said no, it was at home. Then he talked to them. He came back to me and said I could get my things out of the car. I said I would like to press charges for the assault. He said I could not press charges for assault as they said I approached them, so it was he said she said, and therefore he would not take a report. I showed him the scratch marks and bruising, but his position remained the same. 

      It was a super scary situation, and I was very frightened.

      I had went on December 3 2022 and purchased a car the gentleman said the finance didn’t do through so we would do a buy here pay here I went on January 11 2023 to try to get the white title the gentleman then told me that he needs to finance the vehicle and if it doesn’t go through they would return my money and take the car back and void the contract even though I made the payment on time and the correct amount

      Business has sold my loan to another company, payments are never transferred, they complain I’m always behind, but I have documentation showing I have paid ahead/ the car almost paid off. They continue to be unresponsive, they come take your car out of nowhere, no contact. I’ve resulted in major emotional distress, economic loss, child care loss, and etc.
