              I attempted to order a 6 month supply of Nextguard from 1800 pets meds and chose for the pharmacy to contact Valuvet for prescription information. My order said I needed to reach out to the vet for completing the order. I called the vet and they informed me they do not work with outside agencies, only with their online store. I then asked for a paper prescription and she placed me on hold. She then came back and told me about them running a special for buy 6 get 2 free for $159. Which was cheaper than my 6 for $119. She proceeded to tell me that they did work with outside agencies if needed but prefer not to. "This is how we keep our vet costs down, by using our products" She said I can come get a paper copy for a change of $5 each prescription because the doctor had to review their chart. So you are charging me for paper prescriptions? "No, it's for the file review" (which is on the computer under their name and address)*
