    Kleen was recommended by a local plumbing company because of the type of well pump we have. *********** associate from Kleen installed a new well pump, pressure tank and sump pump in August 2023. I also bought a maintenance package to include water softener salt fill & filter delivered every 3 months, and yearly well treatment. We've experienced zero issues with the well pump or pressure tank, but have had several issues with the sump pump and multiple replacements - the last one sparks were flying, smoke filled up the house, the fire department had to come out to disable the pump and clear the house. According to the fire department and a different plumber, the float was touching concrete, which meant it was running even when there was no water causing the motor to burn up - an issue I'd brought up to ******* associate, to which he said, as long as water was exiting outside drain, there was no need to be concerned. ***** had said he'd been out of town, so he was informed what the fire ***** had said when he delivered a scheduled salt delivery in July. I've been attempting to schedule the next salt delivery since Oct.1st by text and leaving a voicemail message. Finally talked to ***** over the phone to which he said he was really busy and would try to get to me by the end of that week, but no later than the following week which would've been the 18th. No text, no call, no email, no show. Sent another follow-up text to ***** directly asking for a response to which I've received none. Apparently, ghosting customers who help pay for their trips is the norm. You've been warned.
