    Got a gift from my father from there website that I referred him to to purchase a clamp that I wanted. On the website it says 2 for x price. But upon receiving it there's only 1 and they company says that it's 2 ea meaning you only get 1. So after spending $90 we only have 1 clamp that you can't do much with unless you only clamp up 6 inch boards

    We are trying to respond to a customer complaint letter received on 2/21 but have been unable to login. We need more information from the complainant. The name and address supplied does not appear in our database. He states his father placed the order. We need his name and phone number and an order number so we can track it to find out what happened.

    The customer ordered this product incorrectly. There are two per box but they are sold individually and he ordered only one. Please see attached.
