On 2-16-2022, the company was hired by my homebuyer to do a full inspection on my home. When we left the house, they began working and inspecting. Everything was in working order. Upon arriving home, the company had left and we noticed neither the lights or outlets in two of the rooms worked. We checked the breakers and noticed one was tripped. We tried to turn it back on, but it wouldn’t turn on. So, we called the company to explain the issue and ask what had happened and we were told that “the lights weren’t working when they got here, so they turned the breaker on and everything was fine when they left”. We’re not sure what the problem is, we don’t know how to fix it. So we tried going to a manager of the company, they took our name and number and have not since returned our call. We’re left to figure out and pay to fix the situation ourselves.
