These accounts exist for the sole purpose of accessing the royalties I’ve rightfully earned. It is unacceptable that I’ve been waiting months for access, and the continued delays are both unfair and unprofessional. I’ve made every effort to resolve this respectfully, yet you’ve repeatedly avoided providing a solution. I expect my earnings to be released without further delay. I'm also the artist the displayed on the music with Songcast. I have been a customer of songcast for more than 7 years, for the last 6 months I have been locked out of my royalties with no explaination at all. Songcast still currently is taking money from my royalties to leave it active however I'm unable to access my music or my royalties. My music plays on Pandora, Songcast, YouTube, TikTok, Insta, Spotify etc. regularly and daily. Songcast is not allowing me to track my music and view mt stats, yet they charge me a membership which is paid by my royalties (unwillingly) to do just that. When you click on the royalty tab a message says the following "WE ARE CURRENTLY REVIEWING YOUR ACCOUNT FOR UNUSUAL SALES ACTIVITY" which makes no sense because I only use Songcast to distribute my music. On 11/15/2024, 5 days before music royalties were to be reported by Songcast for the month of September 2024, our account was suspended and listed as being investigated. This practice of suspending the account for "investigation" without a timeline or explaination and documentation for what is being investigated has become an apparent effort on the part of Songcast to withhold and profit from royalties earned monthly by artists represented by Graveyard Entertainment Music, LLC. In the past this company has requested numerous documents and statements from Graveyard Entertainment Music, LLC confirming that we are not knowingly or purposefully involved in any fraudulent streaming activity related to our music which has been disputed by Songcast for fees documented. The restriction of access to our financial statements and monthly earnings is a hardship that is unnecessary for the type of investigation Songcast is claiming to be conducting with no timeline for completion of said investigation or restoration of full access to financial documents that are necessary for our business to continue operation and tax filing. Songcast has not responded to any of our requests for review and explaination for over 2 weeks, although their site states repsonse time is 4 hours from teh time of the request. We are requesting immediate attention to our account and that no earned royalties be withheld or appropriated by Songcast without shared documentation to support the reasoning for taking such action and appropriating funds that Songcast has been paid to collect and has not earned themselves through any business action on our behalf. If Songcast chooses not to release our earned monthly royalties and removes product that we have previously paid to have distributed, we request a full refund of our paid premiums/fees totalling $4,095.79.Business Response

I’m confused I didn’t know I didn’t own rights I thought did everything I was supposed to. Even if I didn’t the terms of service say nothing about you being able to withhold my earnings .
