      I would give ZERO stars if I could. I filed an insurance claim for hitting a pothole and hearing clanking, and brought my car to them to take a look at. It took them 4 days to even do a diagnostic on it..Then they ordered the wrong part 2 times, Once they finally got the right part and put it in I was told that they would do an alignment, and they would be able to drive it and see if anything else is wrong with it. They finished putting the knee assembly in and messaged me saying that it was done. I messaged back making sure that the nothing else was wrong suspension wise, They stated nothing was wrong. When I got there I PUT MY CHILD IN THE CAR WITH THE MAN RIGHT NEXT TO ME. Started driving and it was clanking over every single bump and crack in the road. I called them immediately he said he could not relate that to the accident. The noise did not start till after I hit the pothole so I know it was cause because of that. During the entire 3 weeks of having my car they did 5 hours of labor work, Refused to help me with a discounted or free rental when they messed up getting the wrong part, They eventually gave me $10 off a day for the rental which is nothing. Terrible customer service and allowing me to put my child in the care when it is unsafe is beyond me. They have no care for their customers and could have put my child and myself at risk for not telling me there was still something going on in my car that they refused to fix. I will never recommend them to anyone to get their vehicle fixed if they want reliability and safety. Its unsafe and dangerous and they should be completely ashamed of themselves.

      I recently purchased a truck from this dealership and had a fantastic experience. After resolving a few initial issues and connecting with **** in internet sales, the dealership maintained a consistent line of communication, which is crucial for me. **** then introduced me to *****, who was very pleasant and communicated effectively.I decided to visit the dealership and met the staff, including ***** Marhofer. What really stood out to me was how efficiently they expedited the process. The dealership itself is modern and clean, with a well-organized service department.The team accommodated all my needs and provided excellent product knowledge, especially since the truck I purchased required a detailed explanation. I'm so pleased with the experience that I feel confident bringing my wife in soon to look at the Buick or the Acadia.Thank you for making this a seamless and enjoyable purchase!

      The worst dealership experiences Ive ever had in my life! Avoid this dealership, especially *********************. I came from NC to look at a car that I thought was a good deal. I had an appointment scheduled and I didnt even see the car I was planning on buying in front of the building. So when we went inside to meet with ****, we told him that we were already disappointed in him as he still hadnt provided us the out the door number, to which he made up some B.S. excuse. Then he asked us if we would like to go over the number or to view the car, to which I told him I wanted to see the numbers. He made up some more excuses for me to look at the car and test drive it first, talking about thats not usually how they do things (which I dont even understand why he bothered asking me if he already had a hidden agenda). So, we get ready to test drive the vehicle and he told me that I needed to sign something in order to test drive and he also included a smart comment about the document saying to make sure you dont steal the car which I felt that was very DISRESPECTFUL especially when he knew that he was going to be riding in the car with us. There is so much more that I could disclose about how horrible this process was but, it would exceed my limit. Its just disappointing that I so far just to be disrespected by these people at this dealership.

      I dont think it could be more disappointed with this shop. I got the car that was supposed to replace my car I previously had that was riddled with issues and it felt like i could finally leave my bad luck with cars in the dust. The car I bought I instantly loved and ran well until 2 weeks ago. The battery died on me and now I am faced with more engine problems. The disappointing part is that Im still within the 30 day warranty but they are choosing not to cover even half of the cost of the service cost even though I was told they would pay half and I would pay half if a problem arose. Whatever they say about checking cars before selling them is not true. I was treated as a valued customer up until the point after I signed all the paper work and now they cant even take my calls about my concerns and issues with a car I havent even had a month. Saying I am beyond disappointed is an understatement as I am a college student and money doesnt come as easy and then not covering the cost of service even though I am within warranty has left me more than dissatisfied with the Ron Marhofer name.

      Awful experience . I will not say ************************* as a company is bad all together -because I had a good experience in past at their ************** Collision location -but the Stow location -DO NOT GO ! Horrible customer service - bad communication and lack of follow up ! They need a new sales customer relations manager there-because ************************* was not customer service oriented and disrespectful. My 2017 ***** Civic they had starting end of April 2022 -I did not get it back until July 2022 and during that time there was lack of follow up and communication-but it gets worse . When I got my car back -on my way home -my entire car smelled like something was burning and smoke was coming from seams under the hood-in addition my air pressure light came on . After inspecting my tires there was an air bubble in my right front diver side tire . They did not want to accept they did it -even though I said it wasnt there . Even my insurance after reviewing their pictures they took upon collision center getting my car showed no air bubble !!! They said I had to go back to place I got the tires because it was what they labeled a manufacturer defect . I called my tire place and they said if there was a defect they would have seen it once they put air in the tire when they put the tires on .Again excuses and lies ! It gets worse -after having to fight to get a new tire -my car was finally finished again . I picked it up and it was shaking a bit -I took it to third party -Midas and they said the collision shop replaced one ball joint but not the other that needed to be replaced and was definitely obvious so it was causing play in my steering . They declined to fix this ! Unacceptable - botch job ! I called corporate location and left several messages with ***************************** explaining the situation/complaint and asking for assistance and never got a return call! I was significantly disappointed because I had couple good past experiences -but this experience -you lost me as customer

      I spoke with ********************** in regards to his recent experience at our Collision Center in ****. I apologized for the treatment received and offered to overcome the concern. Guest has since sold the vehicle. I welcomed his feedback and shared that I will be working to improve our team.

      They're friendly until there's a problem. I've had problems of the dealership to the past couple of years. My fault is I kept giving them chances to make things right. The most recent and final problem was *** Marhofer did not reassemble my engine correctly when they replaced it under warranty. Because of this I ended up having additional engine issues. I eventually got them to look at the car which was far more difficult than you might imagine they found the problem and forgot to reassemble the engine. They told me that they had fixed it and handy me back the keys to a car that could barely run because it not reassembled the turbo actuator wasn't even bolted on. (And if they want to play games I have photos and receipts from the mechanic that did fix it latter)I reached out to ***** Marhofer to see if would be willing to help. He was extremely unhelpful. I'm absolutely astonished a business can treat customers like this.
