    I was in a car accident, on June 16th, in which my car was towed to Neeley's Body Shop. The repairs were done on the Driver side of my car-from the headlight, grill, driver side door and a dent to the back door. My car was ready to be picked up on August 3rd. Upon arriving at the shop, I was told that they didn't have a machine in which to take the money from my Bank Card. I also requested a copy of the invoice and a receipt. She would not provide either of those to me. Being that they didn't have the machine, one of her associates had to take me to my Credit Union, whereas she also told me the total cost of the work was $7,214 and some change. My Insurance Company had sent their portion of their payment to my bank account, which was 6,660 and some change. There's a lot more, so I'll try to get to the damages they created, which are: Filthy white dust inside of my car from the front dashboard to the back seat, my lift gate will not open, the right blinker will not turn off, scratches on the inside of the driver door, my radio, when the battery is on, will not stay on (it cuts off), filthy white dust on the outside back bumper, and she was over paid and refuses to return the rest of my over payment. My Insurance Adjuster also tried calling, as well, but Fern Neeley is very argumentative, she will not let you get a word edgewise, and if you try to speak, she will talk over you. Due to her not paying me the rest of my money, I have been in the rear of not being able to pay all of my bills. I am still in the rear, to date .I need my money back and I am willing to take the shop to court to recover my money and have them pay for all damages to my car. One more thing: my truck also had the feature that whenever I would stop at a Stop sign or Stop Light, the truck automatically will turn off (Fuel and Emission Efficiency).
