On February 13, 2023, I took my Jeep to Bigger Road Automotive for service repair. When I dropped my Jeep off there were no light on (engine light). The service I needed was my truck was leaking oil. When I picked up my vehicle from the shop, the total cost was 1149.00 for the repair. When I started up my vehicle, I notice the engine light was on and immediately I walked back in the business' to address this issue. I was told by the shop owner **** that if was from having new parts placed on my truck. I asked him several times was he sure and his response was yes. He sent one of this tech out to my truck to use a machine to turn the light off. A couple days later the engine light came on again. I took the vehicle to Advance Autoparts and I was told it was the Knock senor. I took the vehicle back to BIgger ROAD the next day and had a conversations with **** and his tech about the findings. I was told that it would cost another 1100 to repairs and my reply was why wouldn't you fix it when my car was here for service. His technician proceeded to say It was from all the oil leaking on the part and once again I asked well if you seen that why wouldn't you call me and say this needed to be repaired as well. After 20 minutes of arguing with them I left and went and got my husband. I offered to split the cost with **** with my husband as my witness and he got very upset with us. On March 17, 2023 , I had to take my truck back to Bigger Road because it wasn't functioning correctly, I told **** i wasn't coming back to get my Jeep until it was fixed correctly, He proceeded to get an attitude. I had to purchase a rental car until my vehicle was completed. I had my neighbor use his machine and it read it was the knock sensor. On 6/29/2023 I took my Jeep to get an oil change and thats where the technician pointed out that it was their fault my knock senor need replaced and it's still leaking oil. I uploaded the documents for my claimBusiness response
