      To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an incident that occurred during my nail technician appointment at your establishment on December 6th, 2023. During my appointment with Tim F*******, I experienced a distressing incident that resulted in physical injury and emotional distress. While receiving services, Mr. F******* began hollering at me while handling my nails, which caused me to startle and subsequently resulted in an injury to my right ring finger. In an attempt to alleviate my distress, Mr. F******* instinctively slammed my hand on the manicure table, causing further injury and significant pain. As a result of this incident, I have sustained injuries to my right ring finger, which have caused me physical pain and discomfort. Additionally, I have incurred financial burden due to medical expenses and ongoing treatment required to address the injuries sustained during this appointment. I am deeply disappointed and disturbed by the unprofessional conduct demonstrated by Mr. F******* during my appointment. This experience has left me feeling traumatized and has significantly impacted my trust in the establishment. I kindly request a prompt and thorough investigation into this matter, as well as appropriate disciplinary action taken against Mr. F******* to ensure that incidents of this nature do not occur in the future. I expect a timely response to this complaint and request that all communication regarding this matter be directed to the contact information provided above.
