    4-18-2023 $2,660.00 With delivery of storage container we cannot contact them. We talked to them before now they won’t answer the phone. They have not done anything. They have more address **** ***** ** Ste d Dayton Ohio 45458-15 When we started this they said their office was in Louisville KY. The guy name is Nick. See attached.

    June 15th 2023 I paid for 40 ft high cube conex Box. I still have not received my box. This company has returned my money nor delivered my box. They will not answer my phone calls or emails.

    Ordered a cargo container to be delivered to Kentucky Paid $2730 invoice via wire transfer on about September 11 Was assured of a delivery within 10-14 business days Reached out dozens of times regarding a delivery date and then also Received numerous messages about delays and then last week received a call that our container was being delivered this week Now all communication avenues have been disabled even the company website.

    Purchased Shipping Container 02/02/2023 for $3783.00. Shipping container was never delivered. They always had a problem to why they could not deliver shipping container - deliver trucks were broke down, no employees to drive deliver truck and so on. They never returned my calls but always answered the phone. Ask for a refund Aug 29, 2023 have not yet received refund and now they do not answer the phone.

    On May 1, 2023 I ordered two conex boxes 40’ high cube. On June 5,2023 they sent me an email confirming receipt of my check in the amount of $5918.06. Delivery was to be seven to ten days. I have called several times to find out a delivery date. I was told that a truck was broke down. I was told a trailer was out of service. I was told the other truck was broke down. I have been told that they were making out the schedule several times and to call back tomorrow. I was promised delivery within sentence days again. I ask about a refund and was told that was taken care of. I ask how the refund was processed and was told they put it back on my credit card an it could take seven to ten days to show up. I said that was not going to work as I paid with a check and they don’t have my credit card information. Again I was told they were making out the schedule and promised delivery In less than a week. I need the containers that I ordered two and a half months ago. I ask about a refund again and was told that they would have to get it from the shipping company and that would take seven to ten days. I told them that I didn’t deal with a shipping company, I paid your company by check that you cashed I would come to their office to get a refund.. I was told to come ahead but I would not get a refund until the shipping company refunded them. I am beginning to think that this company is a scam.

    Sorry you think you are being lied too. I also just spoke with you on the phone about the situation with our equipment being down. We will be delivering asap to you as we discussed on the phone. Only person lying is you saying we haven’t talked on the phone. We are working very hard to get 100% in working order . Talk to you soon as discussed on the phone the other day.

    I purchased 2, 20 foot cargo containers from Conex Express llc and the amount of purchase was $4355 paid in full.the purchase was made on May 26,2023. When made original purchase the delivery date was two weeks. Then they had an accident in on truck and only had one truck for deliveries. The next week it was they had no trucks running and sice then they will not answer the phone or do a call back when a voice mail was left. I want the cargo containers or my money back within 2 days. I told then I wanted my money back 2 weeks ago and they told me. I would receive my containers before I could get my money back. Still no containers or money back. I had to pay all in full for them to put me on a delivery date.

    Yes our trucks are still down and we are doing everything we can to get this taken care of. if you called when we was closed for the holidays or weekends we can't call you back until we get back into the office. the guys in the office say you call before they can even get to you on the call back list. if you want a refund thats fine but policy is 10-14 Business days.

    Good morning, this is ******* ****** and I would  like to reopen  my complaint.  As of today. I have not received  my money back from this company Conex Express. I am very  unhappy with this action. Do I need to contact  the Attorney General on this account as fraud?

    I paid $3,891 in full on 9/5/22 to Conex Express LLC for a 40ft high cube shipping container that was to be delivered to my address in 2 to 3 weeks from the date I paid the invoice. Since then they have scheduled delivery multiple times with no call no show. I have asked the owner to just refund my money and he just gave excuses why he couldn't do it. They have also blocked me on facebook and took down their website.

    I have been trying to work with card processors with this situation . I have even showed him on facetime what it was doing to me . our website is still active and my phones still ring and haven't had a call or text out of him.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I have talked with the owner several times about either delivering the container or refunding the money he won't deliver on either. He has had $3,891 of my money since 9/6/22.   This is a scam!  He has not refunded my money.  I've had the local law enforcement in *********** **** go to the address listed for Connex Express LLC and it is a empty lot.  This is internet fraud and I will be reporting this to the FBI, and the Attorney General of Ohio.

    Um this guy is crazy. We don’t have his money. He disputed the payment. He also said we don’t have a website when we do. He says we are in a empty lot when we are in a office building. We are open at the office from 9am to 5 pm with a working phone number.
