      I had been a patient at Centerville Family Dentist for 27 years when they sold to Stonecreek Dental and I stayed on as a patient with them. On 6/2/23 Stonecreek started the process of replacing an old crown. After 4 rescheduled appointments I reiceved my new crown on 7/19/23. Fast Forward to 2/7/24, my crown popped off. Since stonecreek has changed their office hours to very limited availability it took 2 weeks to get in. Upon arrival I filled out my patient forms and skipped signing the patient plan. When I returned the packet, the receptionist asked me to sign the patient plan as it gives the dentist authorization to reattach the crown. The plan stated there was a 205.00 fee to reattach. I told her there shouldn't be a fee to reattach as the crown was less than a year old. When I recieved my new crown on 7/19/23 the dentist told me that the crown would be warranteed/gauranteed for 5 years. (Centerville Family dental gauranteed their crowns for 10) The receptionist then told me the charge would probably be waived, but that I had to sign the treatment plan to authorize treatment. When the dental technician started her procedures...X-rays, digital imaging, I had to ask why she was imaging the wrong teeth and why she was imaging at all. Her explaination was the dentist wants to make sure everything else is okay too. Then she started the process of taking a mold of my mouth. I mumbled what is this for. She said, for your new Crown! I stopped her and informed her they were just reattachng. Dentist comes in reattaches and done. As I was leaving I was stopped by billing telling me I owed 205.00. I asked for the office manager. After explaining the situation to her she said crowns are only guaranteed for 6 months, and I had just pasted that time! In the following weeks I have tried to speak with the office manager or dentist a minimum of 15 calls and messages to no avail. They will not return my calls. I feel lied to, scammed and taken advantage of.

      I was told I would need aligners by Dr. Kulkarni. I was really struggling with apnea, so I agreed and I paid the bill in full right away. I was measured for the aligners and excited to be one step closer to being able to sleep. Months went by and I heard nothing. When I called in to ask about the aligners, no one could tell me anything. Eventually, someone called back and said I would need to be measured again. I went for a second and eventually a third measurement. Months went by & each time I called I would be told: “I don't know anything about that, the systems are down, or the people who could tell you aren't here”. I finally had to demand a manager because I wasn't waiting any longer. The office manager told me that she couldn't access the system & couldn't cancel the charge then, but she would do it a few days later. She called a few days later and said the charge was canceled. Meanwhile, I had been pursuing help for my sleep apnea at a sleep clinic. Dr. Kulkarni was either wrong or lying, because my sleep apnea is now completely regulated thanks to a bipap machine. I never needed the aligners, or the surgery. Even worse, Stonecreek Dental in Centerville continued to send me a bill every month for the aligners I never received. Every month I would call & every time they would say: "we have nothing in our records or we don't show that you owe us anything." Fast forward to today (February 2024) & I received a notice in the mail from a collections agency stating that I still need to pay this bill to Stonecreek Dental - for something I paid in full and then was refunded my full purchase price because I never received the product. This is a mistake on the part of Stonecreek Dental that I have asked them to rectify at least a dozen times, but they seem entirely unwilling to correct their mistake. No one, anywhere, ever, should risk going to a dentist that has caused so much hardship and grief.
