    In September 2024, I had Reliable Garage door install a new garage door. After installation I had to call them at least 4 times because the garage door was not closing and opening properly. When I ordered the door Adam told me a different type of door they would be installed. When **** installed the door he did a poor job. First he left off the safety beams so that the door will not close on my car or a person. I called and **** came out and installed the safety beams. I had to call the company again because the garage door was still and not closing and opening properly again. *** another garage door Tech came out and tried to make it open and close better. Did not work in fact it is worst, and the door will not close without me pulling on the door do close. Now I have to leave my car outside because I cannot get it open because the way the garage door opener and door are attached. The connection is about to break.

    We went back out and made necessary adjustments. So that Mr. ***** is happy with his install now.
    **** no longer works for us, ww as a company at reliable garage, doors strive to produce quality work on every job, and this one did not live up to our standards as it was installed
