    I think after a visit to this dealership and seeing how much they know and how nice they are, I'll take the bus.

    I called the Dealership, within 2 days of purchasing this vehicle, (Evans Arena ) explaining to the dealership that there are several items wrong going on with the vehicle, that needed to be done. I had a verbal agreement with the dealership. So the dealership scheduled me for an appointment, to take care of these items. So by the time of my scheduled appointment, the dealership had changed the name of the company. So according to the service agreement, the dealership reneged on giving me the customer service that they had promised me. And charged me for the work that they did on my vehicle $440.05. I then reported this information to the bbb, and I was told to send it by email or in writing . Well Evans Motors agreed to reimburse me weeks ago, but as of yet they have not. I'm writing this letter due to false information that was given to me. I looked at the carfax that they had me sign in the office, and reading it I saw that in 2020, the vehicle has 100,663 miles on the odometer reading , but when I purchased the vehicle, it was only showing 93,242. There is more about this vehicle that I would like to address. Evans Arena Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram sold me this truck, with no attention to disclose to me, that this vehicle was a lemon. Please review, and what is my next step, do I need to connect the attorney general (Dave Yost ) next. Thank you for your time. Sincerely Carolyn Hill 11/7/2022

    I just spoke with Carolyn. We are cutting the check for $440.02 today. Additionally, I am meeting personally with Carolyn on Friday, November 11th to review the paperwork for her car deal. We want to make sure the customer is comfortable with all aspects of the car deal. Jeff Anderson, General Manager
