I purchased a 2020 VW Tiguan, the salesman said it was clean on Carfax, with the exception of a dent in the license okate area. He onky showed me the first sheet and made me sign the last. When I got he car, I did mot get a copy of these sheets. The car has a fault , I took it to VW, they said the car was involved in a wreck because the headlights were not original and this was causing the fault. I went back to SVG, the salesman ( ***** ******) told me that he had told me about the crash and I signed the Carfax. I never saw the detailed sheets, he omitted showing them. I just want the fault corrected, this iinvilved a OEM headlight on the right side.Customer response

About 2 days after I wrote the complaint, I received a call from SVG Motors. They replaced my aftermarket headlight for an original and the warning signal went away. That was mainly what I was wanting them to do.
So I am good with the product and the service they provided.

On November 17,2021 I purchased a 2016 Jeep Compass Latitude from Eaton SVG salesman was **** ********. When test drove the vehicle I told him it pulled to the right and he said that would be taken care of before I picked it up. I picked it up in evening so only drove vehicle home which is only a couple minutes. The next morning I drove to work on highway and the vehicle pulled so hard to the right and just didn't feel stable at all. I contacted salesman via his cell at 8am the morning after I bought the car letting him know the issue was bad and needed attention ASAP. The car went into service the next morning first thing. I was given a loaner to use which was dirty and had someone's food bag and half gallon of milk in it. This was Thursday November 19. I called to check in on car and was only told someone will get back with me and let me know what's the word. Friday November 20 service at Eaton SVG contacted me and parts needed to be ordered to fix steering and won't be in until November 23rd. I informed them I would like to return the vehicle and cancel the deal all together. There is a 7day hassle free return policy with this vehicle. I explained this is a bad start to having a new car and how important reliable transportation is. I drove the car I purchased for less than 25 miles. When I returned the loaner and went to cancel the deal I was told by the manager I was being charged a 275 restock fee. I asked why since I only drove car for hours before had to be put in shop. I was sold an unsafe vehicle , had my children in a vehicle that was unsafe. They refused to waive the 275 restock fee even though it is at the dealers discretion whether to charge or not. Also on my contract the vehicle price was listed over 1k more than the agreed advertised price. I was pushed into and enrolled in a payment plan that charges 399 dollars extra just for using service. All funds were returned to the customer the morning she returned, as we had not been to the bank that morning. I used to be a Sales Consultant for SVG Motors for a year. I recently purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from the Eaton store as of July 21st 2021.I put $8,000 down towards this vehicle. I told the managers I wasn't gonna buy the vehicle till they replaced the headlight which had a crack in it causing water to get in, as well as an engine light on at the time of purchase & I was told they would add it to the "We Owe" paperwork & they would handle that for me free of charge. It is now going on 2 months since the date of purchase. I was told they had to wait till I drove over 1k miles till they could order my headlight for the warranty i bought to kick in. I did and was soon after lied to about the service department ordering it & they never did after waiting weeks. Took it 3 times to get serviced just for the issue to not be resolved I took it to my new dealership & they fixed it in a day. I want SVG to reimburse me for what I paid. august , 9 . 2021 payment's for two year's payment's $ 309.00 vehicle price online $ 12,999.00 salesmen " ******* " quoted me a price of $ 10,000.00 simply i just want my so called re - stocking fee of $ 275.00 back !! and the answer to the last question is " no " !!Business response
