We thank you for your time and feedback and sincerely apologize that we did not meet or exceed your expectations. Upon review of your account, I do confirm that you did have an appointment scheduled with the expected arrival of 1:45 to 2:45 P.M. You did contact the office at 3:15 P.M. and cancel the appointment. I apologize for the inconvenience; we did have notations to call on our way for a price and treatment application. I will personally reach out to you to discuss and determine if there is anything we can do to make up for your lost time and the inconvenience of the delayed arrival.
