  I had toilet and sink removed in my 1/2 bathroom. I had new toilet and sink replaced in 1/2 bathroom. Jason was very efficient, knowledgeable, professional and personable. He arrived on time, same day service. Did an excellent job. I am extremely pleased. I had used them before in my full bathroom. Price was great!

  Outraged, I discovered that my 90 year old Aunt needed a new taller toilet installed in her home. My Aunt is on a fixed income and is obviously in a lower income neighborhood, she was quoted by Atherton Plumbing over a thousand dollars for a new Gerber toilet plus the install price, and she did accept this quote, I realize that she accepted the price, but she is again 90 and did not realize that there were definitely cheaper ways to go, and after talking with the Atherton manager other avenues were not discussed with her. Atherton did respond to my email and offered a refund of some sort, BUT that's not the point!!!. In my opinion they took advantage of her, and it should NEVER have come to this. Buyer beware

  We investigated your claim against us. You are acting as a third party commenting on a service and pricing that 1) you did not experience first-hand 2) you did not employ us and 3) you did not sign off on the estimate. Our Business Operations Manager did call you and you did tell him that your aunt was very happy with the service, installation, rebuild and price point. Your Aunt was our customer. Our Business Operations Manager kindly attempted to provide a refund, which we normally don’t do since the work had sign-off and it was refused.  We understand that there are many choices for home services and we do provide an estimate upfront and do not begin any work without sign off from the customer. We often tell them to get a second opinion. That could have been executed in this case if you were concerned about your aunt and her income.

  I discovered a problem with an outside faucet on my house. I was unable to turn it off. I had a nozzle on the other end of the hose so I turned it off there. Knowing that I needed to disconnect the hose before freezing weather arrived I called Atherton Plumbing. They had a technician at my house the next day. He found that the faucet was faulty and replaced it. The service was prompt and professional. The technician was very thorough and explained in detail what the problem was and gave me a couple of options. I elected for a full replacement. I was very pleased.

  These guys are very expensive. I mean very expensive. They told me that they charge $90 just to come to your house, which will be applied towards any repairs done by them. When technician arrived, he quoted me, change of toilet tank valve will cost me $250. Just ridiculous. Needless to say, i Paid him $90 and asked him to leave.

  I purchased a new building and had company come out to do a plumbing inspection. They were timely, professional and the price was reasonable. Happy with the service they provided.
