    My family of 4 (2 adults/2 children) visited around 7:15pm on May 9th 2024 & ordered approximately $70 worth of food. About a quarter to halfway through the meal we saw a mouse come out of the bench next to us, run towards us & around, & then go back up into the bench through what must have been an opening by the seat. We called the waitress over & told her what we saw, & then she also saw the mouse come back out, look at all of us, & run away. We packed the food up (I'm TERRIFIED of mice) as our 2 children were walking around trying to find the mouse & then we went up to the register. When we went up, a male "Manager" said I heard what happened & we'd like to give you 30% off for your troubles so the bill went from approximately $70 to $43.00-$50 with tip & people walked in at the same time as well as my daughter saying out loud "that mouse was cute but I don't want to eat here anymore." I shushed her & we quickly left. When we got home, we threw all of the food out after talking about it because we'd learned from the exterminator we contract with for our own business that "if you see mice out during the day it usually means there's a lot of them looking for food" which to us, meant they were probably all over the place at night (on the food prep counters etc.) I called & emailed customer service & the Regional manager called me & I asked if I could have my money back as we threw the food out but he kept saying "he'd like to make it right & send us gift cards to use" but to date, the gift cards never came, & I'd called customer service to tell them we really don't WANT the gift cards if they DID come as the casual attitude of the staff/him makes us feel that they know they have mice problems & I don't understand how they are able to serve food to the public with mice running around. At this point, we literally would just like what we paid, nothing more, nothing less, & for people to know about this experience. We also contacted the health dept & let them know.

    On December 14, I made a delivery order with Bob Evans for delivery on December 24th. At the time it was supposed to be delivered on the 24th my order was cancelled and I was told to call the restaurant if I had questions, I called and was put on hold for an hour. I hung up and called again and this time the person that answered said they'd get a manager to tell me why my order was cancelled, I was put on hold again for 20 minutes. I then tried to contact the company and they didn't answer. I was still charged for the order and haven't got a refund.
