- Invitations, Programs, Placecards and Printing Orders: All sales are final once the final proof has been approved. Allow up to seven business days for printing and 14 business days for assembly (if required).
Planning Consultations: All recommended wedding professionals, advice and ideas are based on each client's needs and past experience the planner has had with the third party vendor. Client may choose to take or not take advice given during a consultation and we are not responsible for any misservices provided by any recommended wedding professionals.
On-Site Event Planning: No refunds after the event date has passed.
Classes: Payments for classes may be transferred to a future date or class, but the fee itself is not refundable.
Cancellation of Planning Services: Please view the terms of your contract with Your Dream Day LLC.
Wedding Professional Resource Center: All payments made to Your Dream Day, whether a full payment upfront or monthly installment payments, are not refundable. The membership term is for a one year period. - Business Categories
