            Service master listed a 2004 Gmc Savanna 3500 with a butler carpet cleaning unit for sell. Claiming the van was in working condition with no leaks and minor rust .Took a flight all the way from Tennessee . When I went to the shop the van was low on oil and saw some rust which was okay for the amount of 6500 dollars I paid . When I went home and was cleaning the van My feet fail through a hole in the van that was covered to hide the rust . The company is completely on Ethical. I request a refund of 1000 dollars to cover half of the floor repair in the van .

            If I could give them a zero I would. If your insurance company requests them decline and find someone else. If they are in your home make sure you watch every worker like a hawk.

            Thank you for your review. We value the feedback. We acknowledge one of our former employees made a poor decision in your home. As a company we did everything in our power to make things right including immediately terminating our former employee, not charging you for services rendered in your home, writing you a check for damages in your home without questioning anything you claimed in damages.
