            We hired Horton Floors to do our floors for an event venue back in June 0f 2021. We were quoted $5,500 for the job with materials. Halfway through the job we were told that they ran out of material and needed more money. I advised them to get the materials and to keep receipts and we can go over it at the completion of the job. Once the job was complete the owner (Guy) claimed we owed him and additional $600 for materials. We found bags of cement that he left behind which he charged us for bags of floor leveler maybe thinking we were women and wouldnt know any better. So he used cement which is about $4 a bag and charged us for floor leveler which is about $25 a bag. When asked to produce receipts we were told that he (Guy) has so many jobs that he cannot keep track of receipts. He left a step incomplete and came back and used spray paint to try to cover it up along with some areas of flooring not leveled He has gave us the run around about fixing the lifted flooring and has not fixed

            Affordable and service was impeccable! The finished product turned out perfect and within a timely manner! Horton Floors was able to schedule within the week! They were very professional and the owner was confident in his crew, which gave me peace of mind. They definitely knew what they were doing and it turned out perfectly! This is the place to go if you need anything done! They do it all!
