I have a police report filed in ******* and ********. This company is total c*** I recieved 1 8x10 that I ordered 27 days ago. They told me that they shipped 2 weeks ago when I complained and then I got 1 pic. That day I ordered another. Since then they have been like casper the ghost. They owe me 2 more. They are unorganized, scammers, their email link is broken, and they don't answer the phone. Avoid these idiots. There is a reason why they are not a BBB company. More info to come.

HR Imaging, is the official photographer at my child's school and has access to certain events and accessibility for better angled photos than an average parent is allowed and due to this, they certainly have a hold of your wallet for meh photos. What I mean by this, my child is included in three bundles of events and has several photos in each bundle. I have identified 14 photos (actually there are more then that, but out of the multitude of pages of photos I combed through to find my kiddo, 14 is a reasonable number) containing my child. If I want to purchase these candid shots, I could pay $10 for an 8x10. Like I mentioned, these are candid shots and I probably don't really need an 8x10. There are other options available, the least expensive is $8 for two 4x6. I would spend $112, if I purchased those 14 identified photos. That's certainly not an expense I can afford, so I'll have to go without some of these memorable pics that were captured. HR Imaging does have a $35 digital download option, but from what I can tell, this is not offered, online, for candid pics, but if you wanted to get a 8x10 portrait (ie yearbook photo), it is available, but then... the consumer is still left with the cost to print the photo, with a third party photo print business. I would note, the prices for their packages of portrait photo, does seem reasonable, and the pricing for a la carte photos is okay... $15 for one 8x10... compared to a $10 8x10 candid photo doesn't make much sense, but I would pay the $15 for a portrait photograph of my child. In my opinion, HR Imagining really grips their consumer's wallet...*
