    I bought a lift chair in December and it was delivered the Monday before Christmas. I paid 1300+ dollars for it. In February I noticed that the seat was all bunched up in the center. I called and asked what could be done and the person I talked to said they would have to send someone out to look at it. No one came or called so in March I called again and was told to send them a picture, which I did. I was then told that they would order a new seat and they would let me know when it got here. I heard nothing so in June I went to the store and was told the part was still not here. In July they called and said the part was still not here but they would let me know when it did come. It is now October and I am still sitting in a chair that is very uncomfortable. The ironic part of this story is that the only person concerned is ME. In June I ordered a special order sectional from another dealer . When it was delivered Thursday (3 months after ordered and that is what we were told it would take) I told the man that delivered it about my chair and he said that it should not have taken that long to get a part. My concern is will the seat do the same thing again. This whole deal has been totally disgusting. What ever happened to customer satisfaction?
