    Not too happy with the service as I've been without my car for three weeks due to needing a new transmission. They approved for a USED transmission that ended up being faulty instead of approving for a new one and now I have to wait twice as long to get my car back.

    Worst company to ever exist why sell a product/service to then deny repairs!! My car has been in the garage for 6weeks now and this company are complete messers! They requested I do an engine tear down (at my expense $3000 job) to then send an inspector out to say why have we done this all it needs is an injector, even though we have proof from the manufacturer that it needs an engine replacement. This company then decides it will only pay for the injector even tho it needs a full engine this company is a joke and needs to put the customer first!! I am planning on taking legal action against this company as they requested me to do things at my expense to then deny/refuse repairs etc DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY YOURE WASTING YOUR MONEY

    I would give zero stars if I could. I bought a slightly used Mercedes 8 months ago. The engine locked up and now they’re denying my claim because I can’t provide them with “maintenance records.” WTF kind of maintenance is needed on a relatively new Benz with a brand new oil change and all the things??? Hate that I paid almost $4k for the extended warranty for them to deny a claim that they SHOULD cover.

    This company is horrible. Somehow when I signed up for carchex this company is involved. Let me say right off carchex has been great. Great people at customer service ?? ?? This company total opposite. Customer service does nothing but lie lie lie. 12 weeks of telling me the check goes out/went out on Thursday. Had to get carchex involved, then they still lied to me saying that the check would be over nighted again no check. Guess their playing like last time saying the check was mailed for 2 weeks(it wasn't) So here I am on my 1st of many STAY AWAY FROM COMPANY

    This company is a joke. Been working with them for 5 months now. We did not want to pay for the quote of the initial claim, so we got another repair facility and they are not honoring our claim now. The company is stating that they cannot tell the vehicle had engine problems after we have sent two claims from two different repair facilities and pictures of the vehicle and engine. *** ****** who is a claims agent, has no auto repair background and knowledge and will not believe the repair facilities suggestions. The company has been a bear to work with. I have covered all my bases several times and they are still trying to find loopholes to not honor their warranty. I paid $1500 dollars for a warranty that only covers $3000. I would not recommend anyone do service with their company.

    RPS approved repairs to be done on my vehicle. After the repairs were completed, they went back and denied the initial claim. Finally they approved only part of it. On top of it all they didn’t even approve the full amount of the service rate from the dealership. At the end of the day they only covered a little bit more than half of the cost, not including nearly two months of my time and effort.

    I went back in June to get my truck serviced, they had it for a week then ****** my service advisor called back and told me that everything was good it just needed to pass a test with the turbos but wasn’t able to get to it till 6 months later but they would refer me to their sister company in Lewisville then again no returned phone calls or when I would call them it was just a run around. So I decided to take it to the ford dealership in Grapevine and they found the problem and told me I would have to pay for it out of pocket due to them having difficulties collecting money from the warranty company (******). I called the warranty company And they told me I can have any certified mechanic work on it as long as he was certified So I found a certified mechanic he called the ****** to work it out and they told him they would replace the parts with aftermarket parts and he said he doesn’t work like that and they hung up on him. So after calling the Warranty back to talk to the adjuster and trying to file the claim he said he would call them in the morning to talk about whatever they needed to talk about but never did. So two weeks later the mechanic said they never called so I told him to go ahead and do the work and they told me that I got the work done without authorization and that they couldn’t reimburse me any money. So now I’m almost $5,000 in the hole. Thank you ******, ******** and now Renascent.

    SCAM SCAM SCAM Do NOT by any means pay for a warranty through this company, they do NOT honor any repairs!! Run fast

    Buyer's Remorse is an understatement. The company doesn't return phone calls or emails. They won't pay for the most expensive part of the repair costing 2200.00 for the part. The rest is being paid at about the same cost. There wasn't a reason given to us nor the repair center as to why this part wasn't covered when we purchased the plan with the "works". We purchased this plan with Tasca GMC in Melbourne FL. I plan to complain further to them so they will stop selling it to their valuable customers. 0 stars for this repair contract.
