    Absolute trash c*** of a company. In submitting claims, they have been unhelpful, nitpicky, and almost unethical. I hate and despise this company and will do everything in my power to turn people away from them.

    They are a scam!! Do not use quantum health!! Deny claims with no follow up. Horrible and very sad for people needing help. Do Not Use!!!

    i would advise any one that is going to get this company for insurance not to . if you have a problem with a provider its no need in calling there customer service because they wont help you .my wife went to a doctor and they used a wrong code and over charged us so we called quantum customer service and the agent said yes they used a wrong code and i will call the provider and get it stright and call you back within the hour this was a week a go and no call back . so we called the doctors and spoke with billing and they said no one from quantum has called us about your bill and we would half to pay the way they billed it .

    My background of employment has been many years in customer service, call centers, with high-paced work environment. I have been a healthcare administrator for 20 years now & for the last 10+ years, I work for a Specialty Pharmacy , in which I process patient's prescription orders for injectable medications, administered in a doctor's office visit setting. I verify various types of insurance, request & obtain auths, etc. My employer contracted with Quantum HealthCare as of 1/01/2021 to oversee employees' healthcare insurance, benefits, authorizations, etc. Since day one, Quantum Healthcare has been my worst nightmare. From day one, I have communicated & work closely with their managers, assistant managers, team-leads, auth reviewers, and there has been no improvement whatsoever. I am constantly contacting them to fix the many errors on the auths they have approved. Also, the ongoing issue of me submitting an auth request for a patient's injectable prescription order & receiving back multiple faxes of an approved auth, with each fax having different ******************* I have reported this to my director but response is basically "it is what it is". I know my ***************** have contracted with Quantum solely because they came 'cheap'. Also found out the beginning of 2024, Quantum contracted with two major companies, ****** & a major airline. They cant handle what is on their plate already and yet they keep taking on more contracts. Also, Quantum's electronic programs are c*** too! Some of Quantum's employees have shared with me that all these 'new & improve' systems implemented is absolute garbage!! And, employees are sworn to not be truthful, never admit to the many failures happening within their walls. Those who are part of the various leadership positions on up to CEO, do not care about anyone except themselves, and worship money. What they advertise online is all lies!!

    Absolutely a disappointing relationship. They were "hired" to provide "care coordinators" for my insurance plan. Required that I create an online account providing my cell phone number. No way to remove my cell phone number, no way to sign up if I don't have a cell phone. Can't explain why they need my cell phone, why they are acting as a middleman between my health insurance and me. What, exactly, benefit do they provide to me? Why do we have yet another company having access to my and my family's medical information?When I contacted them via telephone, their response was to transfer me to my corporate **************** where I was on hold for an extended period of time while my benefits contact tried to find a way around my concerns. My company (with me on the phone) contacted Quantum and got the run around as well.TLDR - Quantum requires you to sign up online and provide a cell phone number, no guarantees they won't sell your phone number, no promise to not call you multiple times a day.

    Horrible app, and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Long hold times, disconnected and no call back. Employees that dont know what they are talking about. I am considering changing my insurance just to get away from them.

    Quantum Health is a HUGE SCAM. They serve no purpose other than to facilitate your health insurance company deny claims, obstruct justice, and waste more of your time. HUGE THUMBS DOWN.

    This is the worst company ever! They are incompetent and unhelpful. Despite using "in-network" providers, you get charged for "out-network" costs; nothing ever gets added to your deductible. Even after receiving authorization from family members, they refuse to share bills with the primary member. Too much mismanagement, stay away!

    This company was in charhe of managing my employer benefits. At the end of my career with my company I reached out for guidance to see when my benefits would end. I was confidently advised that my coverage lasted until the end of the month. I proceeded to use the insurance since I was told I would still be covered only to be billed directly as insurance denied every claim. Quantum refuses to accept accountability for this wrong information and has set me thousands of dollars into debt.

    Worst insurance ever. They are withholding medication until after due date. Talked to 5 different people, including supervisor, *****, and got 5 different answers. They take your money, your employers money, collect your copay too and withhold your medication. These meds are not controlled at all. The supervisor said they would even do it with blood thinners and important medication also. They make up rules as you go along saying I have to pay for picking up my meds a day or too early sometimes. Do your freaking jobs before you go out of business because I'm going to tell everyone I can about what you are doing. Hopefully my employer drops them. Hopefully I can persuade that
