  Worked with Greg and he was very polite, professional and knowledgeable! He took his time and showed us useful things around the house that we would need in the house and I found that to be helpful and thoughtful because it really shows he cares about the work that he does and shows he has integrity. I really appreciate his thoughtfulness and if I need anything else I wont hesitate to use Greg again. Thank you for your service!!

  Greg was our inspector. He not only made us aware of the current issues that were going on with the house but also provided us with knowledge of how to manage the mechanicals of the house. This is our first home with our infant daughter which Greg pointed out safety features of the home. I highly recommend Greg as an inspector and home and commercial inspections as a company. They were able to inspect my home the same day I called as I only had a 3 day inspection window.

  I am really grateful for the amazing home inspection services I received with Greg. He is knowledgeable and efficient and kind. He took the time to explain everything to me and even gave me tips and tricks to upkeep the HVAC. I followed him around the house and took lots of notes. I learned a lot about how to care for my new home on this inspection. Additionally the report I received was thorough and clear. I’d happily recommend Greg to anyone needing a home inspection.

  As a first time home buyers, we had zero knowledge about houses. GREG was our inspector today and we LEARNED so much from him. He is patient, genuine, informative, and most importantly he's such a nice man!! We walked through all the details except we didn't climb up to the roof. We were so lucky to have him today and want to make sure the company knows that they are lucky to have him.

  Greg was our inspector and we were SO impressed with his attention to detail and willingness to explain our inspection to us thoroughly. As first time home buyers, we were initially very anxious/worried about what may be found but Greg was able to talk us through the entire inspection as well as answer any of our questions. We are so thankful for such a great experience! We also had a few laughs along the way! Would absolutely recommend!

  Greg was amazing. He took the time to teach me how to maintain the main mechanical items in the house (compressor, radon system, water heater, etc.) which was absolutely invaluable to me. He was very friendly and very thorough. I’m so impressed and would use him again in a heartbeat.
