    On 3.17.2022 I signed a contract for the installation of an irrigation system provided by Dublin Irrigation ($3,400.00). This also included shut down and draining of the system and startup in the spring ($180.00 - paid and was never done - See contract). No one returned my text or calls for service. I hired ******* to do the work. While the work was being completed on the system, the irrigation team put three rotors outside my property line. I requested they move them into my property line. The moved one and refused to move the other two stating this is how they do things. During the fall of 2022, one of the sprinklers was damaged by a lawn crew treating the breezeway outside my property and another covered by dirt ($449.32) to repair on 4.4.2023. In addition, 6 of the heads were two low to spray and I requested them to be adjusted after install of the entire system. No reponse or assistance on how to adjust when I sent Jim a text. I spent $65.30 on parts/tools and spent 4 hours digging and adjusting. During this entire time, Jim only contacted for payment and recently started dialog when I told him I would be filing a complaint. I have attached the contract, text messages and also reviews from other customers that experience the same thing I did. Jim is a smooth talker and gets you on a positive, but then never follows through with promises. I am seeking a refund of the $180.00, $449.32 for the repairs (attached invoice from ******* doing repairs), $65.30 for parts and tools to fix their poor work and $800.00 to move the two sprinkler heads into my property by *******. Total refund of $1,494.62.

    Had a sprinkler system put in 3 years ago by Jim M***** at my brand new built house. From day one the yard has continuously flooded, and he made many promises that he would be coming back to correct and fix/finish the job. Here we are 3 years later and I am still calling and texting with no replies. My property has been so flooded time and time again that it has caused my basement to flood repeatedly, which has now cost me 2 sump pumps due to them running on overdrive. It has caused my neighbors and myself strife because their side yard is always flooded as well. It has cost me having to get my property fogged for mosquitos and bugs because of standing swampy water. And it has cost me hundreds of dollars of vet bills because my dogs go out and drink this stagnant muddy water out of the many pits and puddles there are. At this point I am at my wits end and will be looking into legal counsel because this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any company. Jim M***** of Dublin irrigation is an absolute crook in my eyes and seems from other reviews is a repeat offender. Avoid this company at all costs!
