    Purchased a spinal decompression harness through https://sitanddecompress.com/ on Jan 24, 2022. 60-day full refund policy available. Shipped the item to my sister in California (I live in Australia). Realized the cost for her to post it to me was extremely high, so decided to return the item. Contacted Sit and Decompress explaining the sitation. They responded saying not a problem and supplied a return address. Posted the item back to the seller via USPS with tracking saying that it was delivered on March 2. A refund was never received so I have emailed the seller multiple times since with no response. I have attached the email thread.

    I have received a letter from you with a complaint that involves a refund or exchange.I see that the person has emailed us and they did not get a response. I am unsure if we received those emails, but I have refunded the party for the$48.49 purchase of our product.Thank you for letting me know about this matter.
