    On April 5, 2024 I placed an order for 1000 calendar prints from Sinalite. it was 2 orders of 500, one in english and one in spanish. They delivered on April 29, 2024. We took to customer on Tuesday April 30th and upon inspection, customer was not pleased with the quality of the prints. There were many blotches and smears throughout all the calendars. Customer stated that he would not take delivery of the calendars in that condition. Some were even mis cut and torn. I opened a customer service case with the company on May 1, 2024. After many communications back and forth, they agreed to offer a refund if we provided proof that we destroyed the merchandise. We sent both images and video of all the destruction. And they have since refused to honor their agreement to refund the money. They have not responded to emails or phone calls placed to them. On May 10, they agreed to a refund and they have not responded to a single correspondence since then.

    On March 22nd, 2024, we placed an order for a 4mm Foam board 1 side printed. The foam board arrived with a large crease. We've reached out to Sinalite support, in attempt to get this matter resolved. Our case number is ********. As a paying customer, if there is an issue like this, we expect for a resolution to occur right away. I notified Sinalte about this issue on March 28th. They've been very slow with responding, they don't provide a plan of action on how to better improve their process in the future to prevent this issue from reoccurring. This is the 13th order that I've placed with this company and they continue to ship damaged orders with no quality controls in place to ensure items are delivered to safely and efficiently. The company will shift the blame to the carrier, however, they continue to use the same carrier, if that is the case. I want a documented plan of action on how Sinalite will improve these processes moving forward. I want a reshipment to be made, and I want a refund due to the issues I've experienced. Again, this is the 13th time this has occurred with Sinalite.

    I placed an order with SinaLite on 2/26/2024. The completion date for the order to be shipped was 3/1/2024. I have emailed and called MULTIPLE times. My order still, as of today 3/12/2024, has not shipped. I have also placed another order last week which was supposed to ship next business day, which would have been yesterday 3/11/2024, but only one of the 5 items I ordered with Next business day turnaround, shipped. Conveniently, their website is not working to be able to log in to retrieve any information to upload to this case.
