    This company is basically a big scam. **** ******, their Business Development Manager emailed me several times since August 2022 trying to convince me that they would feature me on the cover of their magazine and write a profile about me for $4,000. I kept pushing him away until he finally came out and said he would do it for $1500. I agreed to do it for the November 2022. In his email, he said the magazine is printed and distributed to their subscribers as will as online. I requested to see a copy of the printed magazine but he refused to show us even one copy. He said I could order copies for $25 each, which I did order 4 copies. To date, February 15, I have not seen any print out of the magazine. I repeatedly Asked **** ****** to send me a proof that the magazine was printed and distributed but he never responds. This is simply consumer fraud which must be stopped. They charge companies as high as $4,000 promising the company that they will be publish a profile in their magazine, which is printed and distributed in large numbers to their subscribers. The truth is the write the company profile and create a PDF document that they post on their web site but the never really distribute any printed magazine. We have tried every possible to get to send us any proof they they actually printed the magazine and distributed it but he never responds. We also order 5 copies of the November 2022 issue where our company was featured and until now, on February 15, we did not receive them, which supports the evidence that they never really print anything in large numbers.

    I am rejecting this response because: 

    The response provided by the company is a standard response that they obviously use to respond to this type of complaints.   The magazine was supposed to be for the November 2022 issue.  We agreed to pay $1500 so that we can use the magazine printing and distributing as an important marketing event.  Per the email and tracking information provided by Kane Thomas, the magazines was not printed or distributed until March 2023, which defeats the purpose of the magazine see attachment.
