      City Barbeque **********, poor customer service. After paying and reach the last window I was told that what I ordered was not available and that theyll be happy to substitute. Then my substitution was not available ok. This is after waiting 45mins. Then an 3 option was offered, waited another 20mins for the manager to come out to my car to tell me the system went down and he need to see my receipt to see what I ordered. I told him what I ordered wasnt available and advise of my substitute option, for him bring me out partial of my order. Then I said I ordered a sweet tea and okra. I got the sweet tea, I got fries instead of okra, I got a turkey sandwich instead of brisket and chicken my first two options. My manager straight up told me what you ordered was sold to someone else. Excuse me, so the food I paid for was given to someone else..not once was I offered a refund.
