      Do not use this predatory company. Paid for bi-yearly maintenance that was not completed for over a year and half, which resulted in damage to the generator when it ran without oil. Then was charged for them to fix the unit, which they didn't fix. When I didn't pay the invoice (for obvious reasons), they turned the invoice over to a collection agency, threatening to ruin my perfect credit. I still don't have a running generator. STAY AWAY!!!

      Good day, I just wanted to let you know on behalf of my (Pastor) Bishop **** ***** & (Executive Pastor) ****** ******** ***** of the Family Life MBC in Fayetteville, GA. ******* ******-***** in the Atlanta office is a model for customer experience. She was there to assist us from start to finish, always greeting me with a smile, and consistent communicating updates. We originally brought our bus in for **** ****** repairs. Upon getting call to that bus was ready and issued was repaired. I drove bus and immediately turned on **** ****** and noticed they still weren’t working properly. I called ******* and she asked me to return to shop for further evaluation. Following her conversation with mechanic and general manager the issues was repaired/resolved at no additional charge. This is the best customer service I’ve had EVER!!! ******* is a “Woman of Integrity” and “High Moral Character”. WWWilliams is blessed to have an amazing employee such as her. ******* should be your model for future training at ALL your locations. WWWilliams would be the beneficiary of the investment.       I paid ww williams in Montgomery al. 3.100 dollars to replace clutch. Now less than 2 years. I found out they bent shaft when putting transmission back in. Cause I just replaced transmission and clutch. Thanks williams. P.s I will be suing

      This companies operations really should be considered illegal and they should be investigated by the department of labor. Hiring salary workers and expecting them to go above and beyond 40 hours a week without additional pay and then firing them for excused absences is absolutely absurd. W.W Williams stop conning your employees to save a buck under the guise of “salary” if you want people working over 40 hours a week endlessly and want them to go above and beyond their job description PAY THEM FOR IT. What you do is not fair and you know it and also try investing better and not scamming people on their 401ks too. Seriously get it together.
