    Quality items, phenomenal service and very trust worthy. Would recommend for every home and business. And I say this as a fire fighter wife. I had no idea the standard smoke alarms werent as dependable as I thought.

    We bought our safety system about 7 years ago. The original salesman was no longer available to deal with directly, so I was given a different manager within the business. He was able to connect me to Safe Haven Safety Solutions LLC. I spoke with **** about my needing a new battery replacement and was immediately helped, **** was able to deliver a new alarm to me within days. He checked all of our existing units and helped me update my app. I was very pleased with the service from him. He was very quick and easy to deal with. I am extremely happy with the whole interaction.

    We were sold on the Omnishield system after watching the video about how quickly the modern materials in furnishings and home updates can ignite and that normal smoke detectors are much slower in alerting to the smoke. And that it can be monitored offsight. And the bed shaker did work in a test phase. Hard of hearing people can feel safe when a dangerous situation could occur due to the bed shaker alerting. It works as advertised. And it is maintenance free because of the battery life. **** helped us when the app had an update. Worth the money. **************

    We couldn't be happier with our Omnishield solution for our home! Concerned about fire safety, we sought guidance from ****, who expertly educated both my husband and me on the paramount importance of a modernized system. With his assistance, installation was seamless, completed the same evening. Now equipped with fire, carbon monoxide, and water detection, we felt secure. The system proved its worth when our water heater leaked, promptly alerting us to potential flooding in the basement. We're immensely thankful for both the exceptional service and the reliability of the product. Without hesitation, we wholeheartedly endorse it to others.

    *** and **** are some of the best people I've met in my life! My wife and I couldn't be more grateful for the time they spent in educating us on fire safety as well as what **** did for us today. **** installed our units on a holiday weekend when he should have been with his family that is in town from out of state, wife, and four children. **** cares so much about protecting families that he left his today to make sure mine and my best friends were installed and our families protected. Hats off to these two! Thank you both!

    Safe Haven Safety Solutions, LLC has an amazing system! If we didn't have the system in our home, our basement would have filled with sewage. Our drain backed up and started running all over tye basement floor. Our alarm beside the water heater and washing machine went off. Saved our basement!! I recommend this system to everyone!     Nothing is better than going out of town and knowing your house is okay when you come home. Being notified thru a message when an alarm goes off makes it easier to locate the problem and get it fixed immediately, without more damage happening! I love our system!!!

    This was one of my best ever experiences with the delivery of all information by Kim. She was kind and listened to all my concerns. She put everyone at ease even the one on, how can I afford this. She helped out by finding the best plan needed and got my payments down to best fit our family needs. So the answer is, how can we not afford it? This is the most important addition to our family. 2. Alex came out and and installed it. What a great guy. He was helpful not only in the installing but confirming why this is a great way to keep myself and my family safe. He took his time to explain not only the best area to place each item,but the app.How it works, and did a couple of test runs till we felt comfortable. Now one last thing. Both Alex and Kim are long time EMT's Peramedics and Alex a fireman. Who better to do this job, care about people and help us put into a safety plan in place.Oh, They are a really cute couple with 4 kids!

    My overall experience with Safe Haven Safety Solutions was amazing. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable about the product. I was never rushed or pressured to buy from them. I learned a lot about protecting my home and family. The fire safety system is high quality and well worth the money. I honestly sleep better knowing it is in my home. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.
