    Im disputing the repossession account that your company has reported on my credit file. I have attempted to contact your office multiple times to resolve this matter, but you failed to provide any response or documentation. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) 15 U.S.C § 1681s-2(a)(1)(A), furnishers of credit information are required to report only accurate and complete information. Your failure to respond is not only negligent but also a direct violation of the law. Additionally, I have reviewed my credit reports from all three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion), and I have found that the reporting of this account is inconsistent, incomplete, and inaccurate across all agencies. Per FCRA § 1681i(a)(5)(A), when disputed information is found to be inaccurate or unverifiable, it must be promptly corrected or removed entirely from the credit report. Furthermore, your lack of communication and failure to provide the legally required documentation violates multiple federal laws, including: Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) Violations: 15 U.S.C § 1681s-2(a)(1)(A): Reporting inaccurate or incomplete information. 15 U.S.C § 1681s-2(b): Failing to conduct a proper investigation after receiving a dispute. 15 U.S.C § 1681i(a)(1)(A): Failing to reinvestigate and correct inaccurate information in a timely manner.     Hello, this vehicle was repossessed on 2/21/2025 for failure to maintain promises made by the consumer in the contract. We only report to Transunion so there cannot be any discrepancies across all three bureaus. After reviewing all credit information reported on this account, all account behaviors have been reported accurately. No dispute has been filed to investigate in the time frame cited by this consumer. We did take possession of this vehicle again and the account has been reported as such. We have tried to reach out numerous times and all attempts of communication were unsuccessful. All previous reports show consistently reported as current until the most recent failure to adhere to the contract, which was reported as such. When the next report is sent, it will record as a charge off. No violation has taken place and the behavior of this account will remain reported to Transunion at this time.

    On 11/08/2024 I put $1,700.00 down on a 2012 GMC Acadia Denali with 147057 miles. The total for the loan on this car was $17,924.00 which at the time I didn't know that it was $8,000.00 over the Blue Book Value of this car. From day one I had submitted several problems that they needed to correct: Replace the Driver side Side Mirror, Get rid of the noise that was coming from the power steering, Check the transmission that was acting strange in not cycling through to the next gear quick enough, Check the defrost that wasn't working correctly, and replace the driver side head light component. There was only a 3 month or 3,000 mile warranty, this was ridiculous, you can go through 3,000 miles in a month. After they kept my car for over 2 weeks to work on these areas, they wouldn't give me a loner car so I had to rent a car out of my pocket. When I got the car back, they only cleaned the front driver side headlight AND THAT WAS IT!!! Everything was the same on the other conditions. When I got this car, I was given just one regular key for the car, no key fab in which you could auto start and auto lock the car. Within a months time the car was completely out of power steering fluid that I had to pay out of pocket for; and they told me it was just newly replaced on the car before I got it? Then less than 2 months (55 days to be exact), the car was stolen on 12/31/2024 around 10:00pm and was found around 5:00am the next morning on New Years Day totaled in the middle of an intersection with no one around. After seeing the damage to the car, thee were no broken windows and the ignition was not damaged at all and the wire were never touched. This means that whoever stole the car had a key fab to this car in order to unlock it and remote start it to steal it. I didn't even have one of those. After paying a $1,700.00 down payment and 3 biweekly payments totaling $795.00, I still owe $17,687.14 on a car I only had for 6 weeks, the title wasn't even in my name at this time?

    We at You Drive Auto were willing to help this customer with the repairs after the warranty had expired but we just could not do it for free. We had nothing to do with his vehicle being stolen and wrecked. We will deal with insurance company to get this taken care of at this time.     I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    Firstly - You said you would offer to have the vehicle fixed after the warrantee ran out, yet 3,000 miles is not enough miles and when I took the vehicle to you to fix the first time, you didn't fix anything. All you did was clean a headlight?

    Secondly - GAP Insurance was never offered to me for a vehicle that you tried to sell to me twice over the Blue Book Value of the car. Since there isn't any GAP Insurance, I will be forced to pay over $8,000.00 out of my pocket for the remaining balance for a vehicle that was stolen from me 7 weeks after receiving this vehicle by someone who had a key fab to the vehicle. 

    Thirdly - When you had this vehicle on the lot, you did not have all of the keys to this vehicle because it was stolen by someone how had access to the key fab that I wasn't even given. This looks like someone from your company either didn't recover the key fab when they first got the vehicle or someone from your office had a key fab and used an outside source to steal this vehicle back and it was totaled in the process. What kind of shady company are you running here ell a car and steal it back later forcing the buyer to pay on a vehicle that they don't have anymore?

    I am purchasing a car from a company called you drive auto I’ve had nothing but problems with them from down to the gate. I bought the car. I was lied to my car was not detailed or anything. I was promised the car would be detailed here we are I bought it in May here we are in November. My car still not detailed. The owner of the company won’t even call me back. My emergency transmission light comes on in my car all the time and hasn’t bought the car they want to drop my car for four days for them to figure it out, which is ridiculous. I work every day. They’re not willing to work with me on anything. I just paid the payment the other day. I was told that once I paid this payment or I was told my next two payments would be deferred , and then I called the other day only to find out that the payments been added onto my account so it wasn’t deferred then when I talk to another gentleman and I told him I said you need to go back and listen to your record recorded phone calls then he said by the time I do that your account is gonna be negative like in the in the rears are basically so basically Being bullied into having to make a payment that I was promised I wouldn’t have to make or else my accounts gonna be you know whatever and in the rears or whatever I was told yesterday made a promise to pay for Saturday I wouldn’t be called or harassed 10 minutes after I made the promise to pay I got a phone call. I’ve already got two phone calls today. I told the one gentleman I said you know against a lot of continuously cause someone like you guys are doing And he told me that he wasn’t worried about it when my car had been has been repossessed when the person had my credit card information for three days and didn’t run it, but had the information just didn’t run it so I had to pay an extra $500 because my car was repossessed because of that and all this stuff they don’t care about they don’t wanna listen to anything you have to say they just want your money and put you aside

    This business sold me an extended warranty with my vehicle that didn't exist and stole the sham paperwork out of my file folder while I signed for the loan. I have a witness. The check engine light was on by the time I got home. 2 months and calls were ignored. When I finally got ahold of someone they said no big deal. 2 months later there is oil in my reservoir and now a month past the real warranty, nit the one I was sold, they say I need a 4 thousand dollar engine. That now will come with a warranty... ummmmm This is insanity.

    I purchased a vehicle from you drive on November 17, 2023 I put a down payment of $1700 down. The car was working fine on May 20, 2024. The car stopped working in the middle of traffic. I couldn’t drive the car. I had to get the car towed to you drive and I was told that they do not give out loaners so I had to purchase a rentalfor three whole weeks when it was time to pick my car up I was told nothing was wrong with my car not even a month and a half go by on August 1, 2024. My car stopped in the middle traffic again with my kids in the car you drive had got it towed from the Hyundai dealership by my house due to them being backed up to the Hyundai that had before which is in Elyria. They had my car for 2 1/2 weeks. I had to purchase another rental and I have paid my car note you told me in order for me to be able to make Shaq could get a rental that they will waive two of my carnal payments that’s fine but I asked you drive to give me a new vehicle because this car is very dangerous. On August 31, 2024. The car stopped in the middle of the highway while I was driving I have my kids in the car once again. I called you drive and was given the whole runaround about we get the car towed but I have no money to afford a rental at this moments to get my kids to school and get me to work. I call you drive again. They’re telling me that they have to give the car to the dealership to get a diagnosed because they pay so much money they need to see what’s going on for them to give me the same card again I told them numerous times the car is very dangerous. Keep stopping in traffic. I will have the car for two weeks before it goes down again in the middle of traffic while im driving . I asked if they could give me a loaner they tell me no they said they don’t have no way for me to get to and from work, but they could only get my car towed. This is very frustrating because I paid my car note on time. I want a new car or I want them to refund my $1700 back.

    Hello, on 8/16/2024 we paid for the vehicle to be fixed by Hyundai. This was done as a goodwill repair. We do not have loaner vehicles to offer and have provided customer with a couple deferments to help her through the period of time she would be without her vehicle. We will not be offering a refund.     I think it was in the end of May I got a car from You Dr., Auto and what I was told texting and talking to a gentleman on the phone was that if I brought in an amount of money that I would be able to get pretty much any crying a lot when I got there that was not the case I was told I couldn’t have an SUV which is what I wanted and needed I was pretty much told that I was going to get the bottom of the barrel My asked for a specific type of car I said there was two up there that I you know like there whatever the gentleman went out and started one of the cars would not let me go with him to go outside and start the car was out there for like 10 minutes with the car starting and then brings it around on the car was not clean it was not detailed am I came back from my test drive and I asked if there was any more vehicles in the guy said Will call you if any come in so I know in the position I was in ain’t taking that car because it seem to be driving find the lights were on took it home the next day the belt started whistling on the car it’s the emergency transmission lights coming on the check engine lights been coming on I’ve taken it to a mechanic three or four times had different parts replaced on it now the car is stalling when I put gas in it and they’re telling me that I have to take it all the way to Elyria and drop it off for two days when I work seven days a week or else they can’t do anything about it and I said OK well drop it off you guys can diagnose it and then if you have to order the parts you can order the parts and I’ll bring it back another day unfortunately they can’t do that so not trying to help me out or work with me at all in any way shape or form my car has to be there for two days and that’s it so like I’m just supposed to take all these days off work who’s gonna pay for that like it’s absolutely ridiculous and I was supposed to get a detailed. I left dates and my number with the owner and have heard nothing. This is how they get out of ***

    All I'm asking for is simply a full version of the contract I signed. They only send me partial version which tends to have restriction such as, can only be viewed 3 times via an active link for 10 days. That's just an example to explain that the link is restricted and only shows partial version of contract. The latest document I have been provided from Frances ******** only shows my credit application, credit report, the reference l provided, map of dealership location, temporary vehicle registration, budget/score sheet to determine if I'm able to make the payments. Lastly, a copy of my ID is included. In the document that I received from Franz ********, the first page is title "Loan and Security Agreement Collateral Checklist". It says documents like original sales or lease contract stamp to Prima Lead Capital, arbitration agreement, gps disclosure form, copy of insurance, gps installation. Although, the first page say that these are included, I did not receive a copy of such. I have a right to be able to view my contract. The first page I sign while they were running my credit report, the paper said $250. I ask the salesman, Tommy what is $250 for. He said it is for document processing. Therefore why can I not have something that I have a right to receive, and that cost me $250? Another issue, with all of this every three months the car seems to give some type of relating transmission issues. They have repair it two times for same related issue. So I'm spending my money on a faulty automobile.

    A dealership company locked my vehicle for no apparent reason without any warnings and say that I owe money when I have my bank statement to say that I paid them and nobody is answering the phone and they keep sending me around, but nobody won't help me understand what is going on in my while my vehicle is locked and I already paid

    On December 23,2023 I **** ****** went to You Drive Auto in Elyria, OH I purchased a 2016 Ford Escape SE used vehicle under the impression that the car was in perfect condition and didn’t need any service and was told nothing is wrong with the car. Since then I have came across numerous red flags and issues with the vehicle. The same night after pulling off the lot and arriving at work my radio wasn’t working I had to get service done at the ford dealership at the expense of You Drive Auto. The sway bar links in all four tires were rusted and warped I had to come out of pocket to repair that along with a thermostat I also had to repair my fuel tank guard out of pocket due to it being damaged in a snowstorm my car is falling a part when it shouldn’t be no the car isnt new but i was told that the car was fine

If the customer has any other issues, we're willing to do a free diagnostic to assess the issues. All customer needs to do is bring the vehicle to us.

    Within the year of purchasing a vehicle the engine blew up. As soon as I left the lot the very day the check engine came on. An I have been in and out of repair shops since I bought it. I know 5 or more people who have the same problems. Now the only solution I see is bankruptcy at 20 years old.

    Customer purchased vehicle October 25, 2022, between the purchase date and the last known visit to our shop on October 6, 2023 customer had driven the vehicle 28,724 miles without clear maintenance records and her last interaction with our shop being November 4,2022. The check engine light that was referenced from November of 2022 was caused by a sensor in the braking system which was fixed when it was brought to our attention at no cost to the customer.The vehicle is currently awaiting repairs in our shop but have been put on hold until down payment for the work is received.
